Fake president. Fake nomination. Fake judge. Was just asked by the NYT what I thought about Judge Jackson’s nomination hearing. Nominating a judge to the Supreme Court based on race and sex is the antithesis of American society. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII) makes it unlawful to discriminate against someone on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity) or religion. Judge Jackson was illegally nominated. If she was a legit nominee, she should also be disqualified because she was weak on child pornography sentences. Child pornography sentences should have been what the prosecutors asked for, or more, but defintely not 50% less. Judge Jackson has poor judgement. Judge Jackson does not protect the most vulnerable people in our society and she is unfit for the Supreme Court.

Today I went door to door in Prescott Valley collecting signatures and came across a very interesting Christmas tree. Learned a lot about local issues and met a lot of very fantastic people. I asked an elderly lady this afternoon if she was a Republican, and she replied, "If I ever found out my kids voted Democrat, I would shoot them dead. I may not walk well anymore but I have guns and know how to shoot." Thank you Prescott Valley for the beautiful day and thank you everybody who signed my petition today.
