Einstein once said about himself: "What's different about me? It's my ability to ask the right questions clearly and cleanly." Making things complex is easy; making things simple can be very difficult. People will rise to their level of incompetence and plateau at that point. It is difficult to build a thriving, vibrant church in which young adults and children are not a significant part of the mix. Change is uncomfortable for all people because it means a departure from what is familiar and comfortable to embrace that which is unknown and risky. The decisions we are making are not wrong, based on the information we have; it is the information we have that is causing us to make wrong decisions. Unfortunately, these wrong decisions are leading us further away from, rather than closer toward, the achievement of our goals. All of our counterproductive beliefs and choices are the result of years of accumulating misinformation. We have simply been around the wrong sources and gathered up the wrong data. Delegation is the key to elevation and division of labour makes labour to end quickly. Delegate so as not to end up being relegated.
