- The path to trading success
isn't a straight line. You will
continually come back to things
you thought you understood.
That's the way it is.
2nd tip: after a loss go through the loss taken , see if there's something that you can improve , technically , psychologically everything.
Write down how you were feeling trading , before the trade and after also. This exercise will help you constantly improving yourself and your performance at the deepest level.
This absolutely resonate to your plan and how you view the plan , today took a loss on EU , but my plan , my view was everything on point when trading time closed I was happy and satisfied that I took a loss following my plan instead of taking a win doing freestyle

Tip of the day 2:
You need to try and enter a state of zen when trading. If a particular emotion is dominant, it can pull you in the wrong direction (fear, anxiety, doubt, greed, euphoria, etc). All that interferes with your decision making. This ultimately comes down to proper risk management
Tip of the day:
If you have bad trading habits, try to go through a period of honest self-reflection and performance analysis
This will help you identify the exact cause and improve
No problem can be solved by sticking one's head in the sand and wishing for things to just magically get better
