took this loss today for -1 RR , didnt change nothing since i had a nice start to the week, the only thing i did was journal find why i took the loss and move on . people will overlook a loss without proper analyzing why it happened and will make one loss define the next one. stay in your lane . journal , keep executing and let your system do the work
