📚✨ Staff Training Day for Karima Schools. On Sunday our teachers and teaching assistants came together for a morning of learning, reflection and collaboration. We explored what good teaching looks like in the Karima classroom, shared practical teaching strategies and considered how assessment, adaptation and intervention can help every child make progress. Our young teaching assistants—students who completed their studies with us last year and have now returned to support in lessons—also attended a dedicated session about their responsibilities and how they can best support teachers and pupils. Alhamdulillah, a productive and beneficial morning. May Allah Ta‘ala place barakah in the knowledge shared and reward everyone for their dedication.
