"😱The shocking root cause of procrastination you don't know"
The Pain:
Whenever students get pain from study they distracted. They don't want to study it means not getting the Happy Harmones in their mind. Now, to avoid this pain their brain search for other activity which can give pleasure.
And you know what it is, The shorts, Reels, status, videos, snap or any other unproductive task and what not.
Students use this social media stuff and they get the instant pleasure. But what happen at brain. Whenever students distracted towards smartphone or any other unproductive thing, Happy Harmones secreted like "Dopamine".
The Procrastination:
Students repeat this action of avoiding pain of study and get distracted. Doing this many times leads to procrastination habit.
And root cause is here,
Your brain now know that, by procrastination (avoiding tasks) I get the Happy Harmones. So let's repeat the procrastination for happy harmone. And you caught in the habit of procrastination (delaying tasks) and avoiding pain.
The Solution:
Happy Harmones can also secret when you complete any task. Decide any task and complete it with discipline. Observe how you feel. 😊 Happy. Right.
Use that feeling as a fuel for next task. Repeat this and make it habits. Remember this take time. Repeat again and again.
You got the problem and solution on why you procrastinate. Implement it now.
