Remember one thing, if you knows the market direction that means its a huge advantage for you bcoz there are lots of traders who don't even predict the correct market move.
Now, if you have that zone in which you need to find entries then keep your eyes on it or set alarms and when market starts approaching your POI zone or starts entering in it then move to lower TF and starts looking for the entries. I explained everything in videos refer them again.
To predict a higher TF move is really most imp instead of lower TF, it helps you to stay away from those fake zones. Now, it's your turn to use approach to find entries and those who will be able to find entries with proper risk and trade management will win. Best of Luck!
