“….”the citizens of each State shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities in every State," having been made by me, it is supposed I must know, or perfectly recollect, what I meant by it. In answer, I say, that, at the time I drew that constitution, I perfectly knew that there did not then exist such a thing in the Union as a black or colored citizen, nor could I then have conceived it possible such a thing could have ever existed in it; nor, notwithstanding all that has been said on the subject, do I now believe one does exist in it.” Charles Pinckney Admission of Missouri, House of Representatives 13 Feb. 1821

"I should only believe in a god that would know how to dance. And when I saw my devil, I found him serious, thorough, profound, solemn: he was the spirit of gravity - through him all things fall. Not by wrath, but by laughter, do we slay. ... I learned to fly, since then I do not need pushing in order to move from a spot. Now am I light, now do I fly; now do I see myself under myself. Now there dances a god in me." Thus Spoke Zarathustra

"Technology alienates those who depend on it and live by it. It deadens their human qualities and their moral perceptiveness. Gradually, everything becomes centered on the most efficient use of machines and techniques of production, and the style of life, the culture, the tempo and the manner of existence responds more and more to the needs of the technological process itself. Unfortunately it is too often assumed that the technological process is inevitably rational. This is not the case. It is sometimes highly irrational-to the point that what is good for the process may be very bad indeed for humans." — Thomas Merton

Some funny facts about the Norwegian "documentary" that our fangirl Martha did a while back. • They wanted to interview us. We said what we say to all journalist. If you can bench 100kg we will consider it. • 8 Months it took for the state television in Norway to find a cameraman that was able to do it. So we asked them to film their Press-ID (Thanks for that ;)) • At the time it was quite alot of pedophilia scandals in and around NRK. We asked Martha if she could take a stand against her "childloving" collegues. She did not do that and the interview was cancelled. Ergo. It's more convenient for journalists to sweep their social cluster filled with babyshouldered, boygirls and fatties to find ONE guy that can bench than to speak out against pedophilia. We wonder why it could be so... XIV 🏴‍☠️

IF YOU SCROLL YOUR PHONE, YOU MUST DO IT OUTSIDE A complete game changer and fun rule to try out. If you’re on your phone, you have to use it outdoors. That can be as simple as sitting outside, to hanging in a tree, or lying down in the grass with the shirt off. The benefits of being outside are obvious, the natural daylight absorbing into your eyes being only one of them. Fresh air too! Most of us are using our phones for hours every day, and if we simply make the change to use them while outside instead of on our couch or in our bed, then we make a huge difference in our health habits. As a pattern interrupt, it works great to make ourselves conscious of our actions again. For example, if you’re Cosy in bed and go to scroll your phone, then with this rule you would have to go outside to use it. Instead, you stay in bed and go to sleep without scrolling your phone. Try this rule out and let me know if it helps! #phoneaddiction #screentime

After the long night shall come the dawn and with it the man of tomorrow who shall reign upon this earth not as its enemy, but as its lover and master. He is the child of the sun, lord of the beasts, custodian of the ancient bloodline, advocate of might and implementer of natural law.
