New Years Eve Beach Party 2023 Guide Exact Party Location: On the grass area near the Elwood Pier 📍goo.gl/maps/jBA3Jgb3qLQtthZZA Area will be marked with a large Australian Flag from 2:00pm Approximate Timeline Guidance: 2:00pm - Setup and Event start 4:00pm - BBQ start 6:00pm - Primetime All Hands Group Swim 8:00pm - BBQ concludes 10:00pm - All Hands Group Photo Gathering 12:00am - Midnight Celebrations 2:00am / Last man standing - Packup / Party concludes Recommended Items to bring: • Swimming Outfit • Sunscreen • Pavilions and Marquees • Beach Towels • Esky with ice and drinks • Plenty of water • BBQ food • Portable BBQ • Foldable Chairs • Foldable Tables • Music Speakers • Beach Umbrellas Arrive earlier if you plan to setup any pavilions or BBQs in the area as space fills up. Thank you to those who joined the World Wide Rally for Freedom today in Melbourne at Parliament House. It was unfortunate that we were not able to reach a critical mass to make our planned march viable, and we will endeavour to improve our outreach going forward.
