It is recalled that the recruitment work ended a few days ago and the result was announced. 🌟National Branch Head office NBHO, of EHPSA, currently has 32 leaders and members. All of them are Committed and have shown their best potential in the recruitment process. 🌟National President's Testimonial for Dr. Musse Demissie #EHPSA_Leader_of_the_Month🌟 It is with great pride and admiration that I recognize Dr. Musse Demissie is the Ethiopian Health Profession Students Association #Leader_of_the_Month, a well-deserved honor that reflects his exceptional leadership and unwavering dedication to our organization. Over the past three years, I have had the privilege of knowing Dr. Musse and working closely with him for two of those years within EHPSA. During this time, I have come to regard him as one of the most committed and dedicated senior leaders I have ever encountered. Let me share a story that illustrates the kind of leader Dr. Musse is. Two years ago, as the EHPSA Hawassa President, I was tasked with rebuilding our branch from the ground up. I needed someone I could trust, someone who believed in our vision and had the strength to help turn it into reality. That’s when I turned to Dr. Musse. At that time, our association had little to show for itself on the ground, but Dr. Musse believed in what we could achieve together. He was willing to join the effort, even when the path ahead was uncertain. We spent countless hours in discussions, just the two of us, sharing our vision for the future of EHPSA Hawassa. Together, we began the painstaking process of building something new. What impressed me most was Dr. Musse’s humility and willingness to listen, despite being my senior in both life and academia. He took my ideas seriously, demonstrating a level of character and discipline that is truly rare. As our efforts began to take shape, we started seeing significant changes within our branch. Our work was noticed by the EHPSA National President, and soon after, our branch was honored and nominated as the EHPSA National Coordinator Branch. This achievement would not have been possible without the leadership of Dr. Musse. Even after I was appointed as the Delegate National President, Dr. Musse continued to be the driving force behind our branch, actively suggesting structural reforms and ensuring the progress of our initiatives. Dr. Musse eventually took on the role of EHPSA Hawassa President, becoming the third to hold that position. Among the three of us who have led the branch, I am proud to say that Dr. Musse stands out as the best. Under his leadership, EHPSA Hawassa became a powerful and impactful entity. He organized his team with precision, led by example, and inspired others through his actions. Now serving as the National Branch Head, Dr. Musse continues to exhibit the same level of energy and leadership potential that has always defined him. His work is not just noticed; it is deeply respected and admired by all who have the privilege of working with him.
