I earnestly request the Honourable Appellate Authority to review my documents and re-include my name to the Electoral Roll so that I can exercise my democratic right to vote.

Brief facts of the appeal:
I am writing to formally appeal against the removal of my name from the supplementary voter list 2026. I hold a valid Voter ID card with EPIC No: âĻâĻâĻâĻâĻ, AC No - âĻ. âĻâĻ......., Part No-........, Sl No-âĻ...... based on the draft electoral roll published on 16.12.2025. I have recently discovered that My name was marked as "Under Adjudication" in the Final Voter List. Following this, my documents were supposed to be verified by the Judicial Committee for the Supplementary List. However, to my surprise, my name has been Deleted from the Supplementary List without any valid reason, even though I have been a permanent resident and a voter since âĻâĻâĻ (year).
