HERE IT COMES - Showcasing week of Creative Futures Innovation Month 2021. Wondering what the final outputs of Creative Futures Innovation Month 2021 are? Don’t worry as the showcasing event is already here. Participants are ready to showcase their projects that they have developed during the innovation month program. Innovative projects within various sectors as animation, puppetry, architectural photography, app development and many more will be exhibited during the showcasing week. The showcasing will be launched on invitation only event on 12 March 2021 at The Urban Center. Livio Fania, a talented artist who worked in collaboration with 6 other artists for this amazing exhibition. Livio Fania is an architect, illustrator, and visual practitioner, passionate about traveling and languages. After working as an architect, he specializes in digital illustration, without neglecting traditional techniques, in particular watercolors that he uses for travelogues. He also works as a scriber for companies and institutions, and currently lives and teaches drawing in Toulouse, France. Find it on the Sidewalk of the Italian Cultural Institute and, online at tibebbeadebabay.org Solomon says a bit about what inspired him to make this piece of art; "It is OK not to be OK, the word that always comes to my mind whenever I think of covid19 pandemic that is how I strengthen my mentality when I go through hard times. The lock-down, the terror news and not knowing when all this thing ends sets all the human being in uncertain situations where our feelings are not anymore pure. The glitch on the face is an imaginary form that shows the very uncertainty of our feelings that we faced the past 5, 6 months because of the corona. It taught me that pain is part of our daily life cycle that is what makes everything interesting, we know the good because the bad exists it's OK not to be OK."

Saron says "I'm 22 years old from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. I am a well-determined and vigorous individual. I encourage fighting for what you desire and believe in, and doing it all through God. I am a full-time student in the field of architecture at Hawassa University. I've always been fascinated by art. I spent my leisure time painting, candle making, tearing up old dresses, using different materials to create art. Since then I became more passionate about working as an artist and been using all opportunities I find to work in the field, such engaging in wall paintings and interior designs for schools, and other organizations.
