Offline Document Verification Postponed -
Due to excessive waterlogging in the college campus, keeping in mind the safety and convenience of students, the offline document verification process has been postponed until further notice. The next date for offline document verification will be announced soon. All students should not panic. They will be given ample opportunity to complete the document verification. Students are requested to await further information from the college and avoid unnecessary visits to the college campus.

कॉलेज कैंपस में बहुत ज़्यादा पानी भरने की वजह से, स्टूडेंट्स की सुरक्षा और सुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए, ऑफ़लाइन डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफ़िकेशन प्रोसेस को अगली सूचना तक टाल दिया गया है। ऑफ़लाइन डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफ़िकेशन की अगली तारीख जल्द ही बताई जाएगी। सभी स्टूडेंट्स घबराएं नहीं। उन्हें डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफ़िकेशन पूरा करने का पूरा मौका दिया जाएगा। स्टूडेंट्स से रिक्वेस्ट है कि वे कॉलेज से आगे की जानकारी का इंतज़ार करें और कॉलेज कैंपस में बेवजह आने से बचें।

CMP Degree College – Fees Refund हेतु आवश्यक प्रक्रिया
सभी छात्र-छात्राओं को सूचित किया जाता है कि CMP में Fees Refund हेतु निम्नलिखित प्रक्रिया एवं दस्तावेज आवश्यक हैं:
आवश्यक प्रक्रिया एवं दस्तावेज
1. सबसे पहले Fees Refund हेतु Application लिखें।
2. Application पर Principal के Signature एवं College Stamp करवाएं।
3. यदि TC Department में जमा कर दिया गया है और अब TC वापस लेना है, तो Application पर संबंधित Department की Approval करवाना आवश्यक है।
4. Bank Passbook की Photocopy लगाएं।
5. Aadhaar Card की Photocopy लगाएं।
6. Tuition Fees की Receipt संलग्न करें।
⚠️ महत्वपूर्ण बातें
- जमा किए जाने वाले Application की एक Xerox/Photocopy अपने पास अवश्य रखें।
- Bank Passbook का Print/Photocopy स्पष्ट होना चाहिए, जिसमें Account Number एवं IFSC Code साफ दिखाई दे।
- सभी दस्तावेजों की जानकारी सही एवं स्पष्ट होनी चाहिए।
- यदि सभी औपचारिकताएं पूरी करने के बाद भी Fees Refund प्राप्त नहीं होता है, तो छात्र-छात्राएं सीधे Account Office में संपर्क करें।
सभी विद्यार्थी Refund प्रक्रिया के दौरान उपरोक्त दस्तावेज एवं आवश्यक अनुमोदन अवश्य पूरा कर लें।

महाविद्यालय के समस्त छात्र-छात्राओं को सूचित किया जाता है कि महाविद्यालय के मुख्य परिसर में जल भराव के कारण टी.सी., चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र एवं अन्य आवश्यक संबंधित कार्य आगामी आदेश तक महाविद्यालय के कमला नेहरू रोड स्थित विधि संकाय से किए जाएंगे।
अतः सभी छात्र-छात्राएं संबंधित कार्य हेतु कमला नेहरू रोड स्थित विधि संकाय में संपर्क करें।

ज़रूरी जानकारी - डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन के बारे में CMP :-
सभी स्टूडेंट्स को बताया जाता है कि कैंपस में पानी भरने और मौसम की वजह से डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन की तय तारीख बदल दी गई है।
सभी स्टूडेंट्स को बेवजह घबराना या चिंता नहीं करनी चाहिए। एक बार फीस जमा हो जाने के बाद, आपको दी गई सीट कैंसिल होने की कोई गुंजाइश नहीं है।
जैसे ही डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन की नई तारीख तय होगी, सभी स्टूडेंट्स को बता दिया जाएगा। वेरिफिकेशन प्रोसेस मौसम और बारिश की हालत पर निर्भर करेगा। अगर मौसम नॉर्मल रहता है और कैंपस में पानी भरने की स्थिति ठीक हो जाती है, तो डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन कल शुरू हो सकता है। अगर ज़रूरी हुआ, तो क्लास शुरू होने के बाद भी वेरिफिकेशन प्रोसेस किया जा सकता है।
साथ ही, जो स्टूडेंट्स किसी वजह से डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन नहीं दे पाए थे, वे भी वेरिफिकेशन प्रोसेस फिर से शुरू होने पर अपने डॉक्यूमेंट्स वेरिफिकेशन करवा सकते हैं।
इसलिए, सभी स्टूडेंट्स घबराएं नहीं और अपनी एडमिशन सीट को लेकर बेफिक्र रहें। नई तारीख और आगे के प्रोसेस के बारे में जानकारी समय-समय पर दी जाएगी।
Important Information - Regarding Document Verification CMP :-
All students are informed that the scheduled date for document verification has been changed due to flooding and weather conditions on campus.
All students should not panic or worry unnecessarily. Once the fees have been deposited, there is no possibility of cancellation of your allotted seat.
As soon as the new date for document verification is finalized, all students will be informed. The verification process will depend on weather and rainfall conditions. If the weather remains normal and the flooding on campus subsides, document verification may begin tomorrow. If necessary, the verification process may also be conducted after class resumes.
Also, students who were unable to submit their documents for verification due to some reason can also get their documents verified once the verification process resumes.
Therefore, all students should not panic and remain unconcerned about their admission seat. Information regarding the new date and further process will be provided from time to time.
