Just to be clear, banning lasers isn't going to do anything to slow down NSF especially in Jacksonville, or anywhere else in Florida for that matter. Freedom of speech is allowed and protected by the first Amendment in Duval County, so long as you don't shine a light on jewish power in America. If you take that path legislation is passed that makes it a criminal offense. An offense that carries up to six months in jail, a minimum of a 2k dollar fine, confiscation of any vehicles used in the (((crime))), and confiscation of any equipment used during the crime.
