Lot Sizes :
This is for total equity for each signal. If you split your positions into 3 for each TP then divide these examples below by 3. Meaning all 3 positions in total will equal the below.
For Accounts under £/$/€ 200 please use 0.01 lots
For every £/$/€ 150 over 200 please use 0.01 lot
350 - 0.02
500 - 0.03
650 - 0.04
800 - 0.05
950 - 0.06
1.1 - 0.07
Signals:
We give 3 TPs.
TP 1 is + 20 pips
TP 2 is + 50 pips
TP 3 is + 100 pips
If I call a TP, that is below +20, +50, +100 is an indicator to close that position early if you like as a pull back maybe in play.
Also if I say 'close if you like' means you have the option to close at a small loss as there may be a chance it may continue to SL.
For accounts under £/$/€ 300 we recommend opening 1 trade per signal, once price hits TP 1 move SL to entry (if youd like), once price hits TP 2 move SL to TP1, once price hits +75 pips move SL to TP 2. If youd like to continue the trade past TP 3 make sure you put SL to TP 3.
If your account is £/$/€ is above 500 we recommend opening 3 (1/3 of normal trade each) trades per signal, 1 for each TP. £/$/€ 500, open 3 trades at 0.01 each, combined per pair is 0.03 same as opening just 1 trade as we recommended above.
Pro Tip - open the trade with the SL and TP blank to save time, then on the main page of MPT 4 press the pair and select modify order, then enter the SL and TPs.
We write signals in real time, however due to market fluctuation prices rise or drop in seconds, so if the trade hits TP 1 you should probably should not enter until the price comes back as close to our entry price.
How to calculate your maximum risk per trade:
https://www.forextime.com/uk/trading-tools/trading-calculator/pip-calculator
Use this calculator to work out what your total exposure is per trade, for the specific pair and lot size you use.
Work out how many pips the SL is and enter that into the calculator along with the currency pair and your balance currency. For example 31 pip SL GBPUSD using 0.1 lot is a maximum risk of £24.42 if the SL hits.
This is a great tool to plan your trades and know how much equity you have at risk in the worst case scenario at any given time.
