Crypto Real Estate (CRE) - Announcements

Hello everyone, On Thursday (September 14th) at 2pm UTC $CRE will be trading on BitMart! There will be a BUY & HOLD event held on the first day of trading with rewards for participants (more information on this on Wednesday). Trading on BitMart will have a tax structure identical to that on DEX - 1% when buying and 5% when selling, and one part of each transaction will be shared among holders as reflections in USDT. We will also have a text AMA on the main BitMart Telegram group on the same day and time as the CRE token opens for trade. One of our developers has created the API endpoints for total supply and circulating supply that will be updating automatically, this will now allow us to have our real market cap and circulating supply shown on both CMC and CG, resulting in more accurate listings and higher chance of ranking on their various top lists. We are also working on getting the CRE logo added to TrustWallet. The NFT minting contract is ready, we are doing final checks on testnet and will be deploying on mainnet soon. The collection launch will take place in Q4 this year as shown on the roadmap. Our mobile app development partners along with our app manager have been working hard over the past few weeks to improve the app and fix some of the minor issues. After this is done, we will be focusing on the app UI and marketing it heavily. Also, we've started making plans for the staking protocol development and launch. The launch will take place after the CRE token launch on Ethereum, expected in Q4 this year. Our token holders on both Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain will be able to stake their CRE on either network and get CRE token rewards on Ethereum network. But this is not all - we are building a robust staking protocol that will allow communities/investors of large crypto projects and real estate companies in the future to stake their tokens/coins, their native or non-native stablecoins, or CRE (subject to agreement with such projects/companies) and earn rewards. The staking platform will be highly customizable and flexible allowing a large number of staking pools, and this will allow us to strike great partnerships with top tier crypto projects and real estate companies, and get their communities involved with CRE and our first of its kind staking platform for real estate companies. Finally, we will be relocking all team and hotel tokens for an additional 6 months, meaning their next unlock date would be in about 9 months from now. With this move we want to show our commitment to building the project for the long haul and belief in our long-term vision, and once again show to our investors, community, and those still on the sidelines, that Crypto Real Estate is a true safe haven in today's crypto space.

Starting now (August 23 at 12:30pm UTC / 15:30 Makkah time) all CRE token buys for a minimum of 1 BNB (single buy, not cumulative) are eligible for a 20% bonus awarded in CRE. This promo event starts now and ends in 1 week, on August 31 at 12:30pm UTC / 3:30pm Makkah time. Bonus tokens will be sent on October 1, meaning all buyers who wish to receive the bonus need to hold the bought CRE until then. By doing this we reward those who support CRE for long term and believe in our vision and our work. Transferring or selling any amount of CRE to another wallet before the holding period ends disqualifies a wallet from receiving the bonus. Hi everyone, We'd like to share a few updates on the work we've done and are still doing in preparation for our next market push and expansion: 🔹 As one of the requirements to get listed on a centralized exchange, we have obtained a legal opinion deeming CRE token a utility and not a security and completely safe and secure to trade, giving us a green light to get listed on any CEX. We have not disclosed which CEX we are listing on or what the date will be yet. 🔹Over the week we've had meetings with a few companies and reviewing their proposals. The goal is to find a company that we can partner with long term for market making services as well as fundraising, networking and advisory. We'll make the decision within the next few days once we review all the candidates. 🔹 In the next 24 hours our website and docs will be updated with a brand new roadmap divided into 6 stages (Q2-Q4 2023 and Q1-Q3 2024) listing all the major goals we have set. At the end of 2023 we will have an annual performance review with our board members and consider new ideas or improvements. Along with these updates we will also release our pitch deck that anyone can download and share with their contacts. 🔹 For those with questions about our marketing strategy and plans - we are organizing everything around our next catalysts that include partnerships, CEX listing and utility updates for maximum effect. We recognize the need to grow and keep providing more investment options to people interested in CRE, as well as building our credibility, and a CEX listing is one of the logical next steps. 🔹Two new board members have joined us today, and more will be joining us in the coming weeks. 🔹In addition to the funds we received today, more investors have expressed interest to build CRE with us and support by paying for some of the business costs needed to keep expanding. 🔹Our NFT collection development (the smart contract and the mint page) are well underway and will be completed soon. The collection may launch anytime in Q3 this year when we feel it's time to make this move and all updates will be shared accordingly. 🔹CRE token will be launching on Ethereum network! We are currently in the early planning stage.
