💁🏻♂️Saturday isn't a trading day.
Not because the market's closed — for half of what I trade, it isn't. Because if I don't decide that in advance, I check charts anyway.
One full day off a week isn't a productivity hack. It's the only reason the other six don't turn into one long day where you're always half-watching something.
Trading every day "just in case" isn't discipline. It's being afraid you'll miss something you could just as easily catch on Monday.

ONE RULE⚠️
Most traders move their stop the moment a trade goes red — "just a bit more room."
Here's why: your brain doesn't register an open loss as a loss yet. It's still "maybe."
Moving the stop keeps it "maybe" a little longer.
One rule: once you set the stop, you don't touch it.
Not wider, not narrower.
It moves once — to breakeven, and only after the plan's first target is hit.
In reality this is the hardest rule to actually keep — the setups where you want to move it most are the ones where moving it costs you the most.

GOLD — follow-up.📈
Called the sell zone. Price rejected there and dropped straight into the target zone — exactly the reaction we said would happen on rejection.
That's where it stopped.
Big sellers got absorbed on the way down — same read as yesterday, bullish again.
New zone: the same area is now the buy zone — both for a quick local move and the bigger swing.
Goal: the zone above, if this holds.
Invalidation: a clean break and acceptance back below the buy zone kills this read.

GEX tells you where dealers are forced to hedge — that's the level.
Order flow tells you whether real size is actually showing up there, or if price is just passing through on noise.
Trade the level without the second part and you're guessing which reaction is real.

Price is pushing into 4,512–4,530 — that's the zone, not a level to chase in.
Rejected there → next stop is the 4,380 area.
Accepted above 4,530 → this setup is off, no forcing it.
