Hi to all, regarding this matter, after much consideration and thoughts, I have come to the conclusion of consulting a legal. A Korean buyer has agreed to help us to lodge a police report, but in order to do that, we have to give them the consent to represent us, which is the Power of Attorney. For this Power of Attorney to work, i would have to find a legal authority or law firm to notorise my Special POA so that the Korean buyer can report on my behalf. As a result, I would be consulting my family and friends as well as legal authorities that has law backgrounds to see how this notorisation works in detail. Further updates will be provided. *NOTE: saying this does not mean that i'll 100% confirm to lodge a police report against the seller. Given unforeseen circumstances, such as issue with the notorisation or issue with the Korean buyer helping us, the process of filing a report might be stopped. In addition, this is a long process, and by filing a report does not mean that we will confirm get our money back.
