Physiotherapy helps manage multiple sclerosis (MS) tremors by improving core stability, balance, and muscle control to reduce how much the movement interferes with daily tasks

Magnetic chair stimulation is a non-invasive physiotherapy option that
uses high-intensity electromagnetic fields to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and manage bladder and bowel changes. The technique called Functional Magnetic Stimulation (FMS).

Physiotherapy can significantly help manage MS hug pain by
targeting the intercostal muscle spasms (the small muscles between your ribs) and reducing the nervous system hypersensitivity that causes the squeezing sensation.

Treatment for Acute MS Attacks (Relapses)
When a patient experiences a sudden flare-up or new neurological symptoms, doctors use short-term treatments to reduce nerve inflammation quickly:
Corticosteroids: High-dose oral prednisone or intravenous methylprednisolone are standard first-line options to accelerate recovery.
Plasma Exchange (Plasmapheresis): If an attack is severe and does not respond to steroids, the liquid part of the blood (plasma) is separated, treated, and returned to help restore function.

1- Disease-Modifying Therapies (DMTs)
DMTs target the immune system to reduce the frequency and severity of relapses, prevent new brain and spinal cord lesions, and slow long-term disability. There are around 20 approved DMTs, most commonly prescribed for relapsing-remitting MS. They are delivered in three ways:
Injectable medications: Includes beta interferons and glatiramer acetate.
Oral medications: Options like teriflunomide, fingolimod, or dimethyl fumarate.
Infusion treatments: Intravenous therapies such as natalizumab or ocrelizumab.
Advanced therapies: For aggressive cases that fail to respond to standard medications, treatments like autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) may be considered to reset the immune system.
