🌐 Interim Conclusions:
We're at the infancy of DAOs as a novel approach to governing communities and protocols. For now, it's more like an ancient tribe where bare-bummed delegates run around with sticks, competing over whose is longer. 😂 It’s our duty, nay, our calling, to evolve and implement new DAO principles for the greater good of future humanity.
I'm convinced that while today we're honing governance over protocols, tomorrow it'll be #AGI (Super Artificial General Intelligence) DAOs.
Right now, I’m laying the foundation for a decentralized movement and new DAO tools that will allow us to participate in and influence strategic decisions across a multitude of protocols, managing billions of dollars in #DeFi. It's embryonic but watch this space—the next few years will see Web3 morph into a digital nation-state with its parties and political agendas. (Some DAOs are already lobbying and lawyering up, FYI).

3️⃣ Token Distribution / Delegation: Big investors often delegate tokens to their "trusted" insiders who make decisions in their interest. On the flip side, airdrops sometimes create accidental delegates who don't know the first thing about their newfound power. The problem? You can't easily re-delegate that power. 🤷♀️
4️⃣ Crowd Mentality: Also known as the "doesn't depend on me" syndrome. Most people vote just to stay in the game for the next airdrop. Let's be real; they'll click anything that's not a computer virus. 🐑
5️⃣ Anonymity: While it sounds cool, anonymity in DAOs mostly leads to accountability—read, zero. With nobody to face at the community meetings you never attend, why even care? 👤
6️⃣ Communication: Almost non-existent. Big delegates barely talk to the community or related projects. But let's give credit where it's due—there are exceptions. 📞
7️⃣ Rewards: The delegate gig is turning into a full-time job with staff and all. Future you can look forward to a paycheck; some DAOs are already there. Who said there's no money in idealism? 😍
8️⃣ Monopoly & Collusion: Let's just say, some 'unnamed groups' are slowly but surely monopolizing DAOs. They are not only killing the protocols but also looting the treasury. 🏴☠️
So here we are, staring at the double-edged sword of DAOs. On one side, we have the promise of decentralized utopia. On the other? Well, let's just call it a 'work in progress.' 🛠

Current Wins: Hold the applause—I've initiated and successfully led a groundbreaking proposal on #Uniswap for migrating the protocol to the #BNBchain. 🚀 Convincing the community, top-tier American universities, and heavy-hitter investors like a16z took a casual 6 months. No biggie. One day, I'll spill the tea on this epic saga. ☕
Now, the Good News: Anyone with a strong opinion can become a delegate and push their proposals. But let's face it, the gig pays in 'exposure bucks'. For now. 😉
Onto the Dark Side of DAO:
While DAOs are being sold as the future of decentralized governance, they're also attracting humanity's favorite vices: greed, nepotism, ego, and—wait for it—corruption. Yeah, as if DAOs weren't complicated enough! 🙄
🔫 Here's a rundown of the under-the-rug issues I've faced as a hands-on participant in major Governance protocols:
1️⃣ Incompetence. This one stings. You pour your heart and soul into a proposal—complete with intricate analysis, math, and code—only for it to be judged by, at best, a handful of informed community members. The rest? They'll just hit the "first" button like they're ordering fast food. 🍔
2️⃣ Centralization. Remember those early-stage protocols that sold 20-30% of their token emissions? Well, those bags wield significant sway in any vote. Despite attempts to "disguise" this concentration by spreading tokens across delegates, the puppet strings are all too visible. 🎭

| 5 | 🗣 New day, new Governance Voting—because, let's face it, my DAO skills are like a fine wine; they only get better with age. 🍷 Ah, the joy of spreading the gospel of freedom and decentralization in our oh-so-finite #Web3 universe. Let's break it down:
🔹Big protocols/blockchains? Governed by a merry band of token holders and their chosen delegates.
🔹What's a delegate? Basically, your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, swinging from proposal to proposal—except, instead of web shooters, he's armed with your delegated votes. 🕷️
How the #DAO Magic Happens:
1️⃣ First, an active participant drafts a detailed proposal and puts it up for debate on the project's forum.
2️⃣ After discussion, the proposal is voted off-chain using only signatures at snapshot.org. No transaction fees here, folks! 🤑
3️⃣ Once the off-chain vote passes, it's time for the on-chain vote and subsequent execution, carried out at tally.xyz
