Spiritual practices don't give you anything. It only removes impurities like lust, greed, anger, and selfishness that obstruct you from perceiving and experiencing the Eternal Bliss of God.
All the happiness, peace, bliss, and divine love exist within the heart of a man, but they are covered with dust. So it needs to be cleansed through sadhana.
When the mind becomes pure, God is directly perceived, and one experiences the ocean of the highest bliss of God.
All the desires, cravings for pleasures come to an end, as they find their fulfilment and complete satisfaction in God. He is filled with the highest bliss and intoxicated with divine love.
This is a goal that a man must strive for at any cost in his lifetime. It is worth pursuing.
