All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the most honorable of the prophets and messengers, Muhammad the Trustworthy. To proceed: Allaah, the Most High, has granted me and to Him belongs all praise and grace on this sixth day of Rabiʿ Al-Awwal 1448, (Ismail).
