FOOT / LOWER LEG UPDATE: Around two months ago my right foot and lower leg progressively became more and more painful as the days and weeks passed by and at one point I asked for prayers here on X (first time ever). The pain felt like what I experienced after walking long distances PRIOR to having multiple faulty veins ablated (closed) over three years ago. Only MUCH WORSE and my entire lower leg / foot was (is) affected. After a couple few weeks I reached out to the same vein clinic only to discover the doctor was either booked, or on vacation. The earliest appointment was several weeks away. I called a couple more times and the ultrasound tech skipped her lunch so I could get in 10 days earlier (a month after the pain started). Once I got there, the doctor showed me a few veins that were compromised and although he wasn’t sure if shutting them down would fix my problem, he agreed to ablate them when I said that’s what I wanted. Amazingly, he was able to do it same day - he was leaving again on vacation the next day for a week and I didn’t want to wait even one more day. I was incredibly fortunate he could do the procedure right then (I could barely walk!). For the first two and a half weeks I felt very little improvement and was certainly very concerned about that. Additionally, I went to a podiatrist who mentioned tendinitis, but, he had me sitting for the tests he did, not standing which is when I’m still in pain. For the last 3.5 weeks since the ablations I have been: Taking a variety of vein supplements, including niacin for the flush, enzymes, and others for whole body health. Getting numerous 25 gram vitamin C IVs, EDTA IVs (clean out vessels), NAD+ IVs (mitochondria repair). Doing high pressure 2.0 ATA two hour hyperbaric treatments. Jumping on a rebounder (recent) Using a vibration plate (recent) Doing contrast therapy (sauna / cold plunge) Air compression on the legs and feet Red light therapy (minimal) Castor oil soaks Eating less carbs and sugars And probably a couple other things I’m forgetting about. I’m happy to share that within the last few days my foot and leg have been doing MUCH better! I suspect I am / was suffering from severe venous insufficiency and so my focus on restoring circulation health has appeared to begin paying off. It’s in no way fully healed, but there’s finally some light at the end of the tunnel. 😊 It’s around $20K so far, and thank god I have a savings account because my health insurance wouldn’t pay for any of this, except maybe the ablation. Thank you for the prayers and I’m hoping to have good news of full healing to share within a few weeks!

So when they wish death on him, even embracing macabre fantasies about the prospect of his head being blown apart in 4K, they're not talking about him. Not really.
