This is one of a set of illustrations, the idea of which came to me while thinking about how being an Easter Bunny has so quickly become "Normal" to me.
Granted, I (sadly) don't literally bear and lay eggs, but the way it got subsumed into other things got me thinking about how it would fit into everyday, mundane life. The eggs would still come, albeit on varying schedules depending on needs and demand, no matter if work and chores might get in the way.
I'm still so proud of how they turned out. I look so cute and hot in each of them, producing and pushing out all those eggs. 🥰💖 I really hope you enjoy them as much as I have been. 💝

Figured I'd dig up an old post that explains my last upload a bit. ✌️
After her incident with the tampered Bunny Day wand, Ruby was contacted by a spokesperson for an exciting new product. Maybe one of the villagers that found her spread-eagled and laying in the town square passed on the word to them?
She agreed to come in to shoot an ad for them especially since it paid well, but she didn't expect to humiliate herself in front of thousands thanks to her frequent laying cycles.
Or alternatively: Maybe Ruby should read the warning labels before wearing strange items of clothing, even if they were a gift.

I keep finding myself mired in this way. It hurts more acutely, the harder I want to create.
Every time I learn and grow, it feels as if I meet myself with the stubbornness and apprehension to match.
Still, I'm determined to see this through. I'm not yet sure how, but I don't see this working out any other way.
I'm aware of the irony of making art to express an inability to make art, but this is a form of therapy that's free and available to me; so I'm going to continue using it.
