Hello there!
Our country, the diplomatic center of the continent, has made it through the highly anticipated election month in a record number of turnout that the political landscape had ever witnessed before. History has taken its picture and life impartially went on as usual, so it seems.
Witnessing the impressive Entoto Park was apparently a great moment for the capital and it’s residents. On the other hand, the self realization that we have been sleeping over such invaluable resources until now leaves one with undeniable absurdity of our course of actions in the past. In this issue, our contributor and writer Eyob Biruk will walk us through the refreshingly dense foliage of the park and the plethora of activities & services generously placed within.

Happy Easter Everyone!
We are humbled and yet surprised that it has been a full circle since we've started Ketema!
A year ago, we set out to create a platform which serves as an ambassador to the profession of architecture and its honorable practitioners in our country. In retrospect, we were able to put the spotlight on some of the most deserving of buildings and structures ever present but remotely recognized by the public. It has been quite a journey and we've learned a lot through the process.
In this special issue, we have featured one of the most commendable feat of architecture in our city; the Castel Headquarters designed by Nicole Cieri in collaboration with Westway Architects, GET Consult, Afro-European Engineers and Fasttek Consult.
