You navigate life through challenges.
You fight hard, you overcome them.
And in the end, after having defeated everything that had to be defeated, the last enemy appears.
He is far more powerful than anything you have ever known because he knows you far better than anyone else.
He uses your vulnerabilities to bring you down.
He digs into your weaknesses to bring you down.
This enemy is yourself.
It is when you think you are safe, on top of the mountain, that you are most vulnerable.
It is when you feel invulnerable that you become the most vulnerable.
It is because you feel invulnerable that blind spots are created.
Look at the careers of many.
An incredible rise and an equally rapid descent into hell.
Climbing the mountain is only part of the adventure.
Some manage to stay on top.
Some go downhill on trails.
Some are pushed directly into the void.
Stay humble, even when you seem to have it all.
Keeping the same mindset that got you here is the best way to enjoy the view at the top for a lifetime.
Never forget: the final boss is always you.

We can always change.
In 6 months, we can transform ourselves: from zero to hero.
But for that, you have to really want it.
When some people send me DMs telling me they are desperate, they forget that life can change in a very short time.
But you need two things:
- Keep hope
because without hope, you will lock yourself into patterns with no way out. Like a self-fulfilling prophecy, you will become your own dark angel.
- Do the work
No, it's not easy.
But if it were easy, would everyone succeed?
"Ah, I can't get up at 6 a.m."
"Ah, I can't work out more than an hour a day?"
Excuses, more excuses by people who want to change but don't have the courage to do so.
The only thing I can do is create a spark but the only ones with the power to light the fire and keep it going: you.
You have to stop talking and be brave enough to take charge of your life.
Crying about your fate will never help.
Give up on this destiny that is not up to your ambitions and give everything for if you want to receive what you think you deserve.
Go take it, no one is going to give it to you.
Have a good day.

Do you have to be smart to succeed?
If there is an era where being intelligent is not a prerequisite for success, it is ours.
Just look around you. Influencers who can't string two words together or who have never opened a book manage to make tens of thousands of euros a month.
It's a caricature, I know, but to be more serious, just look at other successful businessmen.
They have found something that works and have gone in. I know many of them. They just found a good business and replicate it ad vitam eternam.
In 2017, I made some good money doing arbitrage.
You buy an asset on a platform.
You transfer it to another.
And you make money on the difference in value between the two platforms.
It didn't require any skill or cognitive ability.
Just seeing that prices were different.
Doing a simple calculation and understanding that by doing that, the margin was 10% on each transaction.
It took several days for the prices to align between the two platforms but in the meantime, I took advantage.
If you have an internet connection. There are opportunities. I'm not talking about bullshit scams but legitimate sources for those who are looking hard enough and want to work. There are ways to make money today. Creating on social networks is open to everyone.
Study the niches, find the right one and it doesn't even have to be fulltime.
Stop with the excuses: "I'm not smart enough".
1) Intelligence can be trained.
2) The barrier is really low
No excuses.
Have a nice day.

Be Yourself
I'm reading a lot right now.
Articles, tweets ...
And it's painful.
Quotes.
"5 Rules for living your life stoically"
"How to be present like Camus"
"10 rules for better writing"
Studying rules and philosophy is a good start, but at some point you have to break the chains and create your own rules.
We spend our life surrounded by laws set up by the state.
Then we spend another part of our life respecting moral laws set up by the community.
And finally, the rest of the time, we try once again to outsource our thinking and find a school of philosophy that fits our personality.
Follow, follow and follow again.
As if we had to forbid ourselves to think for ourselves to choose the right path.
It is good to study philosophy, to listen to some people ahead of you.
But you can't follow people for a lifetime.
It is better to create your own path.
You are not born to respect the rules of life of others.
And if you want to be followed massively.
You will have to create something new, something unique.
You will never be successful using other people's opinions and the world doesn't need another voice telling us how some famous author did things.
It needs your unique voice.
Have a great day.

"Sleep is the twin brother of death."
And that's fortunate. Because with each awakening, life rises once again within us. Like a rebirth, we return to the surface for a new chance. And every morning, we have a choice: the choice to live our lives.
We can spend it doing things that do not bring us closer to our goals and that are not aligned with our being.
Or we can spend it doing things that make us happy, so that when sleep comes around again, we are happy with our day, we couldn't have done better.
Every morning is a miraculous rebirth, a blank page on which we can choose the ink with which we will paint it.
On this Monday morning, the beginning of this new week.
Close your eyes, breathe and carefully choose your ink.
Don't paint a picture that doesn't make you proud in the evening.
Don't do things that are unworthy of your destiny.
This day is unique.
There will not be another one like it.
Respect its preciousness and act accordingly.
Have a great day.

Death
Someone asked me this morning:
"Doesn't death make life meaningless?"
That's a great question.
I think death is what gives life a purpose.
If we were immortal, why would we try to do something today when we could do it tomorrow?
It is because death is here that we feel a sense of urgency that keeps us moving forward on the path of our dreams.
We don't know when it's coming. It's scary but also soothing. Instead of wondering when it's going to take us, we can just do the best we can every day.
That way, you can leave without any regrets: you couldn't have done more if you had already given it your all.
What if living was just trying your best ?
To live at your full potential every day.
Not to hope but to do.
Not to think but to be.
Remember death, but only so you don't forget to live.

Self Sabotage
There are versions of yourself that don't want you to succeed.
Until you get them out of your system, it will be impossible for you to succeed.
They will do anything to pull you back. Thick chains that will always tie you to your past.
They come in many forms. It could be because of childhood trauma, family or friends who kept saying,
"You'll never make it."
"You're not capable."
or failures that have happened in your life.
These failures make us think that it's inevitable for us to fail but it's not.
These demons are the worst because a part of you is your own enemy. Convinced that you don't deserve the good things that can happen to you.
You have to remember that: "You are not those voices."
You don't have to listen to them.
Break down the mental barriers that imprison you.
Make them go away.
They lie.
You can do it.
The past is the past.
You have the chance to write the page you desire.
You just have to choose the right ink.
And it can start today.

Shu-Ha-Ri
"When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. When the student is really ready... The teacher will disappear." - Tao Te Ching
This is a Japanese concept that describes the stages of a student's learning.
Shu: Imitate the master. Follow him in his teaching. Do not try to innovate, just follow religiously everything he tells us until you have enough knowledge.
Ha : Start experimenting by yourself, keep learning but little by little, start thinking by yourself
Ri: Go beyond the master. The goal of each student is to transcend learning. Not to stay in that student garb for life. Innovate in the discipline and create your own path.
Too many students get stuck at the first or second step. They see their teachers as untouchable and feel that there is too great a gap between them.
Or they don't have enough confidence to reach the third stage.
The goal of every student is to surpass his master.
Show ambition and don't be the one who gets stuck.
Be the one who aim for the stars.
Be the one who will make a difference.
It will be impossible to make it to greatness if you don't reach the "RI" stage.
PS : i was sick these last days. Post are back starting today. One post every 2-3 days. Have a great day.

We all often make a big miscalculation.
We become something we're not.
With the hope of attracting more attention.
We put on our mask and play a role.
It works, some get closer to us.
But as the lie goes on.
The more difficult it is to detach from it.
The lie becomes part of our identity.
But your true self always catches up with you at some point.
You can't escape from yourself.
It's too hard to be someone else.
You finally understand.
People can't love you for who you are if you act everyday like someone you're not.
As long as you have the mask, you are doomed to only surface relationships that will never satisfy your soul.
Be yourself.
Or be something you are destined to hate.
Your choice.

āThis planet Earth you are sitting on right now as you read this book will eventually become as lifeless as Mars ā if itās not shattered by a meteor first. Or a supervolcano might obscure the sunās light, extinguishing all life on Earth. Many of the stars that we romantically gaze at in the night sky are already long gone; we are enjoying the rays from stars that expired a million light-years ago. On the surface of the fragile Earth, the continents are still shifting. Three hundred million years ago the American continents that we now know were part of a single supercontinent that geologists call Pangaea.
But we donāt have to wait 300 million years to see change. [ā¦] Things might last for the duration of your experience of this existence, or even into the next generation; but then again, they may dissolve sooner than you expect. Either way, eventual change is inevitable. There is no degree of probability or chance involved. If you feel hopeless, remember this and you will no longer have a reason to be hopeless, because whatever is causing you to despair will also change. Everything must change.ā

Nightmares
I woke up this morning.
After a frightening nightmare.
I've been having the same one for years.
From time to time.
In different variations.
And every time I wake up.
The same feeling.
Anger and disappointment.
It's a nightmare that has something to do with my life.
When we are little, we are afraid of skeletons, zombies, vampires ...
When we are adults, it is our failures that traumatize us.
This nightmare is a kind of vision that reminds me that I am not where I want to be in my life.
It's a scary nightmare.
But it's a useful nightmare.
Every time I get lost on the road
It reminds me that I need to straighten the path.
The human psyche is very complex.
The science of dreams has never been understood.
But the human body is a great tool.
Your dreams don't want to traumatize you.
They manifest your deepest emotions and send you a clear message.
They want to push you in the right direction.
They want you to heal.
They remind you to keep going.
These nightmares are a reminder to make every day count.
Have a good day.

I don't really create content on telegram.
I may have been discouraged.
Because I couldn't grow it anymore.
It's been maybe two or three months that it's stuck around 1100.
Just to tell you to be a little patient.
I really like the telegram format.
Because it allows you to share medium-sized posts.
Longer than a tweet and shorter than a blog post.
Almost perfect length to deliver a powerful message.
Be patient.
I'm busy growing my newsletter.
But when I reach my goals.
I'll get back into this telegram channel with exclusive content designed for this specific format.
If you like my content.
I strongly encourage you to put your email on the substack.
Why?
I'm not saying.
Those who do will be happy.

A "boring" life with a dose of thrills.
Many successful people i know have a cool life but have a boring routine.
Every day.
They read, meditate, train, eat properly ...
Do this kind of habits religiously to have an advantage with their body and with their mind.
And during the week, they allow themselves one or more doses of thrill.
But what I wanted to highlight is that their daily life is far from exciting.
It's a daily routine, but a routine they've learned to enjoy.
Whether it's their exercise time, journaling, meditation, it's become a part of them.
An automatic habit that they repeat like robots.
It is by supporting these daily routines that we can build our perfect life because these routines are necessary to keep you in good physical and mental condition

Life.
I don't know where you live but where I am: prices have literally exploded in three years.
Whether it's housing, food, basic necessities, clothing, all prices have exploded.
Nobody knows if this increase will ever stop.
It has been decades that all prices are increasing while wages are stagnating.
I can only encourage you to look for solutions today for tomorrow.
What will the world look like in ten years?
If everything continues to rise, can you maintain your standard of living?
Don't wait until it's too late to act.
He who wants peace prepares for war.

Want to watch a cool thing ?
Watch Ippo
Recently, I started to watch Hajime no Ippo again with my son.
It has been more than 10 years since I last watched it.
It hasn't aged a bit.
Still as motivating.
There is magic in this anime.
We watched several episodes in a row.
And frankly, it's still one of the coolest anime ever made.
If you are in the middle of watching a random netflix series.
Stop everything and give this anime a chance.
There is the entire beginning of the anime available on Youtube.
This anime will give you :
Want to practice.
Want to give everything.
Want to join a boxing gym.
The
story is quite simple: Ippo gets beaten up by a bunch of thugs and is
saved by Takamura. Impressed by Takamura's strength, he now wants to
join his boxing club.
If you have children or a little brother, take him on the adventure.
Have a nice day.
Time to shine.
