And it's really weird that the reward for doing something really good is changing your job from that good thing into somehow you might not necessarily be good at(managing)
He talked about one of his encounters with his Vox higher ups and they basically said to get promoted you need to either get internet famous or become a manager
Then they spent the rest of the episode shitting on capitalism and specifically a good portion of it was how inadequate promotion systems usually are
