Dear users, bots are computer programs, they can run continuously even with errors and they can stop on each flaw. These days we are adjusting all bots, to do this properly we need to set them to turn of on failures automatically. This is why sometimes bots stop working. Soon we will change this settings and we hope to reach the stability we want. Feel free to report or suggest anything at @cimchat. We keep moving forward!

Remember that BOOM and SPIKE bots have different dynamics. Choose the option that best fits your needs.

CHOOSING BOOM CONFIGURATION: We recently split BOOM into 3 main markets (BTC, USDT and BUSD). We asked users about this same division in SPIKE, and it was chosen to keep markets concentrated in a single BOT. It's been 20 days since the BOOM change. Now it's up to you to decide whether to keep it the way it is or go back to the previous model, concentrating the BTC and USDT markets into a single channel.

IMPORTANT UPDATES: LOW bot changes. All tools were initially designed to detect possible upward price changes. With this new bearish market, we set up a new bot to detect lows in the futures markets. The two LOW bots remain in the same configuration. While V1 detects lows in all spot markets, V2 only alerts in markets with a previous uptrend on larger timeframes.
