â˘â â Designation: Credit Manager
â˘â â Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata & Bengaluru.
â˘â â Job Type: Full-time
â˘â â Experience: Freshers
Responsibilities:
- Analyse financial statements, credit reports, and other documents to evaluate creditworthiness.
- Assess borrower's repayment capacity, credit history, and collateral.
- â â Identify potential credit risks and recommend mitigants.
- Monitor and report changes in borrower's credit profile
- Evaluate loan applications against credit policies and guidelines.
- â â â Prepare credit approval memos and recommendations.
- Review and analyze financial statements, ratios, and trends.
- Identify potential financial risks and opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, credit policies, and internal guidelines.
- â â â â Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- â Work closely with sales, risk, and operations teams to ensure seamless credit processing.
Requirements:
â˘â â Recently qualified CA (2023/2024 batch)
â˘â â Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial regulations
â˘â â Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
â˘â â Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
â˘â â Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
