የቴሌግራም ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚ ፔቨል ዱሮቭ ይህ አዲስ ደንብ እንደሆነው አመልክተዋል።
ይህ አዲስ ደንብ " መተግበሪያውን ለወንጀል የሚጠቀሙት ሰዎችን ቅስም የሚሰብር ይሆናል " ብለዋል።
" 99.999% የቴሌግራም ተጠቃሚዎች ከወንጀል ጋር የሚያያይዛቸው አንዳችም ነገር የለም። 0.001% የሚሆኑት ግን ለድብቅ ወንጀል እየተጠቀሙበት የቴሌግራምን ዝና እና ክብርን እያጎደፉት ይገኛሉ። ይህ ደግሞ ቢሊዮን የሚጠጉ ጨዋ ተጠቃሚዎቻችን የሚጎዳ ነው " ብለዋል።
ዱሮቭ ባለፈው ወር በፈረንሳይ ፣ ፓሪስ ኤርፖርት በቁጥጥር ሥር ውለው እንደነበር አይዘነጋም።
በፖሊስ ከተያዙ በኋላ የቀረበባቸው ክስ " መተግበሪያው ለወንጀለኞች መፈንጫ እንዲሆን ፈቅደዋል " የሚል ነበር።
" ሕገ ወጥ የሕጻናት ምስሎች ዝውውርና የአደገኛ እጽ አዘዋዋሪዎችን በሚያበረታታ መልኩ መተግበሪያው ለወንጀል ተግባር እንዲውል ፈቅደዋል " በሚል የተከሰሱት ዱሮቭ ከሕግ አካላት ጋር ባለመተባበርም ተወንጅለው ነበር።
ዋና ሥራ አስፈጻሚው በበኩላቸው ሌሎች ለፈጸሙት ወንጀል እሳቸው ተከሳሽ መሆናቸው " አስደናቂ እና ግራ የሚያጋባ " ነገር ነው ሲሉ የፈረንሳይ ባለሥልጣናትን ወርፈው ነበር።
በኃላ ፍ/ቤት ዱሮቭ በዋስ ወጥተው ጉዳያቸውን እንዲከታተሉ ማዘዙ ይታወሳል።
