Let me show you how to pin them against their “journalism” and trap them.
They’re saying one EO doesn’t prove he’s not, but saying multiple EOs proves he is.
So, the principle is an Executive Order.

An Executive Order is where: The President of the United States manages the operations of the Executive branch of Government.
A President can most certainly declare war… that’s in the Presidential Records Act under 50 United States Code Chapter 33 Sections §1541, §1621, and §1701.
Guess what’s in 50 United States Code Chapter 33 Section §1550?
And guess what happened in Executive Order 13912 and 13919?
