Uni-Y’s #ProjectYOU: Coming Home: A Love that Binds Josiah: A campfire provides a space for people to keep warm and safe; We can fight the cold, chase deadly animals away, feed one another, and just laugh and cry over one another’s stories together around a campfire. Coming home, is to me, an act of refuge, to recharge, to rekindle, and to reconcile. Amidst the wilderness of life, we all need someplace to return to and reconnect. My name is Josiah Ng and when I’m not scribbling stories in my handy dandy notebook, I chase after my 2 kids as a Stay-at-home-dad. I feel privileged to chat with everyone and look forward to exploring together about this icky-sticky but lovable thing we call family. Sometimes I reckon with that, but sometimes, life's struggles and my shortcomings make me feel small and helpless. I'm a deep thinker! More often than not, you can find me strolling in hyper NTUCs looking at everything under the sun, but chances are, my mind is preoccupied with thoughts about life -- the mundane, the great, and how God is in the picture. Like a sheep, I've come to realise that I don't have to understand everything though!
