Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing and ethical hacking. Profound understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and application security. Strong knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and attack vectors, as well as their mitigation techniques. Familiarity with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, and others. Industry certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable. Proven experience leading penetration testing projects and mentoring junior team members. Strong commitment to staying current with emerging security trends and best practices.
