New: Bracket and Cover orders that work on every broker We have added our own Bracket (AT_BO) and Cover (AT_CO) orders to the Trade screen. • Works on all brokers. Even if your broker's API does not support BO or CO, ours will work. Your entry goes to the broker as a normal intraday order, and we watch the exit levels for you. • Target and stop-loss on one order. Set both when you place it. Whichever is reached first closes the position, and the other is cancelled. • Trailing stop-loss. Your stop follows the price when the trade goes your way, and never moves back. • Change it any time. Open the Positions tab, tap the AT_BO tag, and you can change the target or stop, remove one of them, or exit at once. • Place it from anywhere. Trade screen, API (Python, Java, C#) or a TradingView alert. • Intraday only. The position is squared off automatically before the market closes. The exact time is shown on the order form. • No extra margin. Some brokers give higher margin on their own bracket orders. Ours does not. What you get is a bracket that works everywhere. Please do not use it yet. We are still testing it on live accounts. We will tell you the day it is ready. System updates made live • Faster portfolio screen: Orders and Positions no longer freeze on large accounts, and rows show up as they load. • Dedicated IP errors named correctly: if your dedicated IP is down or blocked, we say that instead of showing it as a broker error. The portfolio banner also shows the broker's own message.

Market timings changed from 3 August • Futures and options now trade till 3:40 PM, not 3:30 PM. • Stocks that have F&O trade till 3:15 PM. After that a closing auction runs till 3:35 PM. • All other stocks close at 3:30 PM as before. • Many brokers have moved intraday auto square off earlier, to around 3:10 PM. Please confirm the exact time with your broker. Copy trading users, please check one setting Open Master Account settings and check your Copy End Time. • Trading futures and options: set it to 3:40 PM to cover the full session. • Trading intraday: keep it before your broker's square off time. Otherwise your broker's square off orders will also be copied to your child accounts. • Trading commodities: keep your existing evening time. This change does not affect commodity timings.

System updates in last few days • Support bot: the bot can now check your wallet, transactions, static IP and copy trading setup and answer from your own account. A new setup checklist guides you while you add a broker account. • Correct profit and loss: position P&L, average price and margins now match what your broker shows, including carried and closed positions. Fixed for several brokers. • Risk management: set a daily loss or profit limit on any account. You get an alert, and if you have opted in, an automatic square off. A new Resume trading button lets you start again the same day. • Add an account before your API key: if your broker gives the API key only after a static IP, save the account first and tick "I don't have my API key yet". The licence is not charged until the account is ready. • Portfolio screen: a quick refresh button (or just press r), margin columns in a clearer order, tooltips that explain M2M against P&L, and better reading in dark theme.

📊 Position P&L — what your broker's API actually sends For a full P&L on a position, four values matter: Total P&L, M2M (today's P&L), Realised P&L and Unrealised P&L. Here's what each broker's API leaves out 👇 ❌ All four missing (sends nothing): Choice · brokers on the XTS platform (Anand Rathi, Jainam, SMC & others) ❌ Missing Total P&L, M2M & Unrealised (sends only Realised): IIFL · Motilal · Groww · SAS Online ❌ Missing M2M, Realised & Unrealised (sends only Total P&L): Sharekhan ❌ Missing Total P&L & M2M (sends Realised + Unrealised): Dhan ❌ Missing Total P&L (sends M2M, Realised + Unrealised): AliceBlue · Zebu · Flattrade, Tradejini, Profitmart, Mynt & others (Kambala platform) ❌ Missing Realised & Unrealised: Kotak ❌ Missing Unrealised: 5paisa · Mastertrust ❌ Missing M2M: Upstox ⚠️ M2M note: Angel One & Fyers send all four, but their M2M — like Kotak's, 5paisa's and Mastertrust's — just repeats Total P&L on carried-forward positions, so it isn't a real "today only" figure. ✅ Only Nuvama sends all four cleanly. Whatever your broker skips, AutoTrader Web calculates it for you and shows it in the AT PnL column — so your Positions screen is always complete.

System updates going live tonight • Correct profit and loss — P&L fixes MCX positions on Fyers, Upstox and Angel. • Add an account before your API key — you can create a broker account first and add the API key later, when the broker gives it to you. • Clearer static IP handling — if an IP cannot be given to your account, you now get an email with the reason. Renewal is charged only for the days you use, not a full month. • Same IP when you add an account back — remove an account and add it again within 48 hours, and you get the same IP.

Profit & Loss - Incorrect Figures on some brokers The Profit & Loss value is primarily fetched from broker. In case it is not provided by the broker; we use available parameters like average price, buy/sell quantity, overnight quantity, overnight price etc. As a user you need to understand that the calculation especially for overnight positions is not straight forward, it requires weighted average calculation. In MCX, there is also a concept of multipliers which many brokers give as an additional fields. The biggest problem is we have noticed that for some broker these fields are outright incorrect. And they have been incorrect for years, it seems either noone has reported it to the brokers or they never took any action. Understanding how important PnL is to the traders, we are starting an initiative where we will push the brokers to fix their data and have correct PnL values delivered. We need your help in reporting to us any PnL related issues that you see on our product and we will investigate it.

System updates • Static IP made simple — every account now has its own IP licence, and the IP renews along with that account's recharge. Buy, view and manage all of it from one place under My IPs. • New Portfolio summary — drag the cards into the order you want, jump to any tab from the command strip, and see your exposure in a clear chart. • Faster keyboard trading — type symbol, then buy or sell, then quantity, and place the order. F&O quantity is in lots. Your most-used values are filled in for you. • Look and feel controls — choose a modern table style and set the text size (Compact, Default or Comfortable) from the new (Menu: Settings -> Look & Feel) page. • Better risk management — monitoring now pauses outside market hours, loss and profit protection re-arms after a square-off, and alert emails now list your open positions. • Cleaner settings screens — Activity, Instruments, General and Security pages have been rebuilt. We now warn you before you leave a page with unsaved changes, and activity times show in IST. • Report a bug — a new button in the footer opens the support assistant. Accepted reports get free wallet credit.

Summary Screen Redesign Many of you may have noticed our redesigned summary screen. The panels on the screen can be rearranged as per your preference by drag and drop. Feel free to share feedback.

Clarification regarding IPv6 Pricing As of now we give two IPV6 addresses for each trading account. The cost of 100/- includes both primary and backup IP address.

Update from Stocks Developer: Static IP pricing Hello! From this weekend, static IPs provided by us will be a paid add-on. Here is what changes: - Free one month trial now available for all brokers; however static IP charges apply - IPv6 static IP: ₹100 per month. - IPv4 static IP: ₹200 per month. - All prices are inclusive of all taxes, just like your account licence. - Your own IP (BYOIP) stays free. We never charge for an IP you bring. How the billing works: - Nothing is charged right now. Your current IP stays free until your account's next recharge. - The IP charge is taken from your wallet together with your account recharge. There is no separate payment to remember. Why this change? Providing and maintaining static IPs has a real cost. It is no longer feasible for us to give them for free. One more update: the recent price increase for Zebu accounts is being rolled back. Zebu accounts will return to the standard pricing. All these changes will go live this weekend.
