🎓 Alumni Story: Muyin Musoev
From studying Economics at CAU Business School to building a career in financial analysis, Muyin Musoev’s journey shows how curiosity can turn into a clear professional path.
Muyin joined Central Asian University in 2021 to study Economics. During his four years at CAU, his interest gradually shifted toward financial markets, investment, and analysis. In 2025, he graduated with a BSc in Economics, specializing in Financial Analysis.
Today, Muyin works as a Financial Analyst at CAU Bloomberg Lab, where he analyzes financial markets and makes investment decisions using professional financial analysis tools.
For Muyin, CAU was more than a place to gain academic knowledge. Real projects, guidance from professors, and networking opportunities helped him develop analytical thinking and a practical mindset — skills he now uses in his professional life.
💬 His advice to current students:
“Don’t limit yourself — your potential is bigger than you think.”🔗 Read more on our website 🇺🇿 O'zbek tilida o'qish uchun _____________________________________ 💬Telegram 📱Instagram 📱Facebook 📹Youtube 📞 71-200-05-22, 71-208-12-34 💙 Support our channel!

What Makes CAU Students Different? — Farrukh Kholdorov, Founder of OCTA Clinic 🎙️
Farrukh Kholdorov runs OCTA Clinic and hires dentists. That means he sees graduates from the other side of the interview: not what they studied, but what they can actually do on day one.
In this episode he talks about the gap between the textbook and the patient's chair, why some students walk into a clinic ready and others need a year to catch up, and which skills nobody grades you on but every employer checks.
Also in the conversation:
✅ What a clinic founder looks for in Dental graduates
✅ Theory vs. hands-on clinical experience
✅ Career mistakes dentists make in their first two years
✅ The skills future dentists need beyond the classroom

🎓 Alumni Story: Sarvinoz Sayfullayeva
For Sarvinoz Sayfullayeva, choosing a career in education developed gradually during her studies at Central Asian University. After joining CAU in 2022 to study English Education at the Business School, practical experience at educational institutions across Tashkent helped her discover her interest in teaching.
Starting from her second year, Sarvinoz had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with children. This eventually led to her first teaching role, where she began teaching English while also gaining experience with administrative tasks.
Today, Sarvinoz works as a primary school teacher at Maple Bear Canadian School, where she teaches third grade and supports her students not only academically but also in their personal development.
Looking back, she believes that CAU helped her develop critical thinking, networking skills, and practical teaching experience that continue to support her in her career.
“Learning means making mistakes, and that is completely normal. Asking questions and taking initiative is something to be proud of.”
Her story shows how practical experience, curiosity, and the willingness to learn can gradually turn an interest into a professional path. ✨

🎓 Alumni Story: Iroda Abdullayeva
For Iroda Abdullayeva, becoming a doctor has been a dream since childhood. When Central Asian University opened its doors, she saw an opportunity to turn that dream into a real path.
During her clinical rotations in the 5th and 6th years, Iroda explored different specialties before discovering her passion for ophthalmology. Working alongside experienced doctors and mentors showed her how deeply ophthalmology can improve patients’ quality of life.
Today, Iroda is an Ophthalmology Resident at AKFA Medline University Hospital, where she continues developing her clinical skills through patient examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Looking back, she believes CAU helped her develop critical thinking, an evidence-based approach to medicine, and the confidence to keep learning beyond the classroom.
“Don’t be afraid to ask questions and make mistakes.”Her story is a reminder that the right mentors, practical experience, and the courage to explore can help turn a childhood dream into a clear professional path. ✨ 🔗 Read more about Iroda’s journey on our website. 🩺 Want to start your own journey in residency?
