DELAY on NL orders, will update you when we have more information.

USA UPS orders that have not been scanned will be redropped next week. Open a ticket if yours is marked as dropped and not scanned. If its pending, will be done on monday as well. Uk delay will be back to normality on monday, no other delays as for now. Enjoy the weekend

USA orders are partly done, everything should be shipped on tuesday, pick ups are done at around 5pm usa time so thats when you should expect scan if not yet

UK orders will be delayed this week, coming back normally on friday or monday next week.

Check your uk orders, if theyre returned to sender, open a ticket asking for a refund, or sending a new label to redrop.

UPS Canada orders will be scanned after August 2nd.

USA orders will all show scan tomorrow afternoon usa time :) No other delay as for now, keep sending tickets to get poland orders refunded, they will be refunded during the next 1-2 days.

poland will be disabled again, sorry about it we couldnt make it work, open a ticket to get your orders refunded

Canada orders will have a slight 3-4 day delay next week.

Be patient until weekend goes so you could see scans on your orders, almost every courier doesnt work and nothing appears on track during the weekend. Luani will be available starting from next week to get in touch with yall. Have a nice weekend. :)

All last weeks not scanned UPS US orders are redropped, expect scan in some hours. New ones are dropped as well.

If you get the ‘unread’ note on your tickets, it means its answered and its unread on your end. And click on the ticket title (bold black letters) to open it and see the answer, not in the subject. Thank you!

Most of ups usa orders are scanned, seems like they are backlogged and I think the others will show scanned through the day, if yours is not scanned we will redrop it on monday. (this is for orders from last friday). Belgium orders should be all done today as well.
