UPDATES ACCORDING TO RECEIPTS: As a result of abuse of the receipt request system (asking for receipts when it wasn't necessary), we had to take measures. Starting today, there will be a $1.99 fee for all receipts that previously were free. Specific country receipts that before have costed more will keep the same price. You can see the price of the receipt when you click the 'Request Receipt' button. The fee will be deducted from your account balance. Pending requests were all removed so if you were waiting for a receipt, you have to request it again. From now on you will get the receipt within 48h. OTHER UPDATES: You can now see the average time needed to ship your box in the order page. It is calculated by taking the average time that we needed to drop the packages in the last 7 days for each country. The accuracy of it will be increased in the next days as it collects more data.

Poland will be disabled for some days. We will find a fix for it and get it back ASAP. As for the current orders, please talk to us on the live chat to get those refunded if you don’t have more time to wait. Thank you for your understanding and have a nice weekend!
