River Wild was a game we released this year with fantastical creatures in a magical land. But that was just too much for some people, so we flipped the W into an M and made the way more boring version with deer and rabbits instead of unicorns and dragons. And with regular blue water instead of the awesome pink river. Every year in the realm of Mild, the lengthening days bring new life to the land and the animals who inhabit it. High atop the tallest hills, the sun has melted the fallen snow, creating a rushing river that threatens to flood the land below. Carve out the most harmonious land possible, plotting the river's course to create space for the local wildlife to thrive. In River Mild, you must carve out the most harmonious land possible, plotting the river's course to create protected valleys for local wildlife to thrive. A protected valley is defined as a valley completely surrounded by river or mountains with no card gaps.

In A Wayfarer's Tale, 1-4 players race to explore uncharted islands, collecting Treasure and avoiding Monsters along the way to score the most points. Turns are taken simultaneously, and there are no rounds in this 30-45 minute Roll & Write voyage of discovery. Instead, players choose from a shared pool of dice each turn, adding 2 dice values together to enlist the services of an intrepid Explorer to help them traverse tricky terrain. Play continues until a player visits every Town on the island, but true victory is measured in fame and wealth! Your final score in A Wayfarer's Tale is based on how many Towns you visit, how much Treasure you discover, and how many Monsters you face. Good luck, Wayfarers, and may the most bountiful expedition win!
