ለሁሉም የአ.አ.ዩ ተመራቂ ተማሪዎች እንኳን ለ2015 ዓ.ም የምረቃ በዓላችን አደረሳችሁ ይህ በዓል ህይወታችሁ ወደ አዲስ ምዕራፍ መሸጋገሪያ አብሳሪ ነዉ፡፡ ምረቃችሁ አስደሳች ትዝታ ሆኖ እንዲቀር አካዳሚያዊ አዉዱን ጠብቆም እንዲጠናቀቅ የሚከተሉትን የአፈጻፀም ደንቦች እንድታከብሩ በአደራ ጭምር እናሳስባለን፡፡ ከጠዋቱ 12፡30 -1፡00 በተመደበላችሁ የመጓጓዣ አዉቶቡስ ተገኙ፡፡ ከየኮሌጆች ወደ ሚሊኒየም አዳራሽ ተማሪዎችን የሚያጓጉዙ አዉቶቡሶች የሚያሳፍሩት ከጠዋቱ 12፡30 እስከ 1፡00 ሰዓት ብቻ በመሆኑ መዘግየት በበዓሉ ላይ የመካፈል ዕድልን ሊያሳጣ ይችላል፡ ለአስተባባዎች ለጥበቃ ሰራተኞችና ለጸጥታ አስከባሪዎች ሙሉ ትብብር አድርጉ የተከለከሉ ነገሮች (ስለታማ ነገሮች፤ የጦር መሣሪያዎች፤ ተቀጣጣይ ነገሮች) ወደ በዓል አከባበር ስፍራ ለማሳለፍ መሞከር በህግ ያስጠይቃል፡፡ ለጋራ ደህንነታችን ለሚደረጉ ፍተሻዎች እና የጥቃቅን ተግባራት ሁሉ ተባባሪ መሆን ተገቢ ነዉ፡፡ የመግቢያ ካርዳችሁን በጥንቃቄ ያዙ፤ ስትጠየቁም አሳዩ፡፡ የመግቢያ ካርድን ለሌላ ማስተላለፍ በፍፁም አይፈቀድም በማንኛዉም ምክንያት የመግቢያ ካርድ የማያሳዩ ተማሪዎች ወደ አዳራሽ ለመግባት በፍፁም አይፈቀድላቸዉም፡፡ ምረቃችሁ ተጀምሮ እስከሚጠናቀቅ ታግሳችሁ እንድትቆዩ ይሁን፡፡ ሥነ-ሥርዓቱ የሚከናወነዉ ለ2 ሰዓታት ያህል ብቻ በመሆኑ ተመራቂዎች በተመደበላችሁ ቦታ መቆየት ይገባችኋል፡፡ በግልም ሆነ በግሩፕ የሚያዉኩ ድምፆችን ማሠማትና ተገቢ ያልሆኑ እንቅስቃሴዎችን ማሳየት የተከለከሉ ናቸዉ፡፡ ከበዓሉ መንፈስ ዉጭ የሆነ መልዕክት ያዘሉ ቲ-ሸርቶችና የመሳሰሉ አልባሳት መልበስና ይዞ ለመግባት መሞከር በፍፁም የተከለከለ ነዉ፡፡ ወደ ሚሊኒየም አዳራሽ መግቢያ ካርዶች መግለጫ በሰማያዊ ቀለም የተጻፈባቸው የቤተሰብ መግቢያ ካርዶች ሲሆኑ ወደ ሚሊኒየም አዳራሽ ለመግባት በር ቁጥር 7ን ይጠቀማሉ፡፡ የተማሪ መግቢያ መታወቂያ ቢጫ ካርድ ለቅድመ ምረቃ (Undergraduate) ተመራቂ ተማሪዎች ሲሆን ወደ ሚሊኒየም አዳራሽ የሚገቡት በበር ቁጥር 4 ነው፡፡ የተማሪ መግቢያ መታወቂያ አረንጓዴ ካርድ ለድህረ ምረቃ (Graduate) ተመራቂ ተማሪዎች ሲሆን ወደ ሚሊኒየም አዳራሽ የሚገቡት በበር ቁጥር 4 ነው፡፡ በቀይ ቀለም የተጻፈባቸው ካርዶች ለመምህራንና ለዩኒቨርስቲው ሰራተኞች መግቢያ ሲሆን የመመረቂያ ገዋን በመልበስ ወደ ሚሊኒየም አዳራሽ የሚገቡት በበር ቁጥር 4 ነው፡፡ የ2015 ምረቃ በዓል አስተባባሪ አብይ ኮሚቴ
