~20% AIH pt may be seronegative
Anti-soluble liver Ag (SLA) antibodies = highly specific for AIH!
Note: Anti-LKM1 should be sent when there is concern for type 2 AIH (which presents in peds population)

IgA against TTG = 98% sensitive
Can be ā¬ļø if IgA low (check IgA) or off gluten
Role in coeliac:
Diagnosis: if levels high (>10x upper limit)
Flares: rules in gluten exposure
