To fix the Negative Picture for LG T_CON Model 32/37 move R1 to the empty place of R20

The set goes to standby shortly after power on, the cause is the DC to DC IC 1118 which its 5v input and have a typical 3.3v, 1.8v output but when it exceeds its standard output voltage e.g 4volts the board goes to protection mode back to standby. So this IC must be replaced and heatsinked.
