Я хотел рассказать, что наш университет предлагает сейчас очень хорошую программу для украинских аспирантов (магистрантов): при наличии интереса к ним со стороны департамента, их быстро зачисляют на программу стажировки, им выплачивается хорошая стипендия (15000 крон) и даже вроде бы предоставляется бесплатное жилье. По окончании стажировки они возвращаются по замыслу на родину, но при наличии взаимного интереса могут и зачислиться в регулярную аспирантуру (да и магистратуру тоже, если я правильно понимаю). С визой сейчас, как у уже упоминал, проблем нет - она выдается практически мгновенно на месте. У нас на департаменте есть группы по теории категорий, гомологической алгебре, дифф геометрии, комплексному анализу, диффурам, PDEs, теории чисел, прикладной математики. Да и в принципе, если студент хороший, то более или менее любая его исходная область сойдет (я лично готов принять как стажера любого толкового студента, кто интересуется анализом или геометрией). Dear Student-Mathematicians! I am a mathematician at Paris-Saclay University. I'm writing to you to explain how in Paris, the biggest math community in Europe, we are ready to help you! The principle is simple. We are able to find funding for an internship for any Ukrainian student in math who wants to come. We can also help financially (if needed) for the difficult trip from Poland border to Paris. France offers about 200€ per month and the lab 550€ per month from April to August and a university room (at small cost). No need to speak French, English is enough. In a second phase, those who would like to stay for the next academic year will have the possibility to do it with scholarship. The main goal of the internship is (1) to give you some money to live in a safe place (2) to continue studying online with your Ukrainian University and (3) working with a colleague mathematician (at least a little, to justify the money spent for the internship in our administration). You also don't need any administrative document from your University. Any student interested by this possibility have to send me an email with his/her CV at vincent.runge@univ-evry.fr . Men can also apply, it’s possible to agree to start latter the internship (may or june). For now, we found solutions for all applicants (4 women and 3 men). I have 5 to 10 other internship offers in Data Science / computer Sciences (in Lyon) / PDE analysis from colleagues waiting for you. But we can find for other specialities. Best Regards, (PS. Доброго дня! Вісім років тому я запустив сайт "Ukrainian Mathematical Community" (http://mathematics.in.ua). Ідея була в тому, щоб створити великий український математичний портал. Сайт був активним пару років. Потім я його повністю запустив. Іноді хтось щось додає у фейсбук групу, але сам сайт з початку 2018 фактично не працює. Проект був досить успішним: наприклад, декілька молодих математиків скористались travel грантами, які ми анонсували на сайті. Зараз (не в останню чергу через агресію РоZії) я хочу відновити проект. Окрім стандартного наповнення (науково популярні статті, новини математичного світу і т.п.), я хотів би сконцентруватись на інформації про - роботу/гранти для українських математиків (зокрема, з можливістю віддаленої роботи з України), - відкриті листи та інші ініціативи математичних спільнот світу у зв"язку із агресією Росії, - важливі математичні результати, які отримали наші математики за останні роки. В 2018 році на сайті щось зламалось, майже вся попередня історія пропала. Кілька днів тому я зробив новий дизайн сайту, трохи його наповнив старими статтями. Тепер почав наповнювати актуальними статтями і новинами. Якщо у вас є бажання приєднатись до проекту, пишіть - будемо разом думати над структурою і наповненням. Також, буду радий вашим ідеям - що ще можна додати (зокрема, у зв"язку із війною). Слава Україні! Тримаймося!

Наступного тижня буде оприлюднена рекомендація МОН щодо неформальної та інформальної освіти для університетів. У зв'язку з цим нагадуємо, що Coursera та edX припинили співпрацю з рф та надали безкоштовний доступ для українських ЗВО.
