| 6 | التعليمات الخاصة باللجنة المنظمة حسب ما أجمعت عليه اللجنة :
كل مندوب يكون معه ستة طلاب منظمين
💢طلاب مستوى اول وثاني وثالث ينظموا امام الكلية حتى الساعه 9 وتنظيم الحشد
💢 وطلاب مستوى رابع وخامس وسادس ينظموا للطلاب ويرتبوا الحشد اثناء المسير
💢اطباء الامتياز يبكروا إلى امام النيابة عشان استقبال الطلاب والتنظيم مع امن النيابة
وعند الوصول كل مندوب مع مجموعته ينظموا من جميع الجهات
وعلية على جميع اعضاء التنظيم الالتزام بالاتي
١- عدم السماح لاي احد بالشغب اثناء الوقفة واذا شخص حاول يتم ايقافة بااسلوب لائق.
٢- منع تشتييت الطلاب في اماكن متفرقة بحيث يكونوا متجمعين ضمن مربعات.
٣- منع اي احتكاك بين الطلاب واي طرف من جهات الامن حق النيابة او جهات الامن التي ستاتي لحمايتنا.
٤ - نظافة المكان بعد ما نمشي من الامور المهمة.
٥ـ كل مندوب يكلف اثنين طلاب بتوزيع الشعارات والملصقات بشكل مرتب.
٦-الالتزام بترديد الشعار نفسة بحيث يصل صوتنا بكل وضوح وقوة ويلبي الغرض من الوقفة.
٧- الاستماع وعدم اثارة الضجة اثناء إلقاء الكلمة الطلابية او كلمة اي شخص لكي يسمع الجميع القول.
٨- التفاهم مع طلاب الكليات الاخرى ومحاولة ضبط النفس وعدم افتعال المشاكل معهم فهم معنا وفي نصرتنا ونصرة كل طبيب شريف. | 0 |

- الوقفة ستكون صامتة بدون ترديد اي شعارات ( فقط رفع لوحات و صور الشهيد) هتافنا بيكون تسريع القصاص بدون اي شعارات او هتافات أُخرى

| 17 | 🍄طول مدة ربط التورنيكت عن دقيقة سيؤدى إلى زيادة الضغط داخل الشعيرات الدموية فتحدث فلترة للبلازما من خلالها إلى الأنسجة الخارجية بينما لا تستطيع الجزيئات الكبيرة نسبياً كالألبومين الخروج فتحدث نتيجة لخروج السوائل زيادة فى تركيز الدم داخل الوريد hemoconcentration ومعها زيادة فى تركيز الألبومين.
ومعروف أن 40% من الكالسيوم فى الدم محمول على الألبومين لذلك ستكون هناك زيادة أيضاً في الكالسيوم.
وسبب ارتفاع البوتاسيوم في هذه الحالة خروج البوتاسيوم الموجود داخل الخلايا إلى الخارج فيزداد فى البلازما ويعطى نتائج عالية عند قياسه وده هيحصل بالشكل التالي :-
1- ان ربط التورنيكت لفترة طويلة يؤدى إلى ركود الدم فى الجزء الموجود تحتها من الذراع
2- ركود الدم يؤدى إلى نقص إمداد الأنسجة بالأكسجين
3- نقص الأكسجين يؤدى بالانسجة إلى أن تأخذ احتياجها من الطاقة لا هوائياً ((anaerobic glycolysis)
4- تؤدى هذه العملية إلى تراكم Lactate كناتج عنها
5- اللاكتات يؤدى إلى زيادة حموضة الدم (نقص الـ pH)
6- نقص ال pH وهو زيادة فى تركيز الـ H+ ion يؤدى إلى انتقال الـ H+ ionn إلى داخل الخلية وخروج البوتاسيوم
فلو جمعنا التحاليل التي يؤثر عليها طول مدة ربط التورنيكت علي الذراع وتعطي False positive بسبب حالة hemoconcentration فهم :-
