DTD for lukey stuffed today, started drawing on a few of the markings but taking a fresh look at it tomorrow and then finishing the patterning process so that I can transfer the patterns to fur

I also got some rug clippers to try out as I've seen other makers use them and be very happy with them and omg??? This is so much faster than my expensive andis clippers and I'm upset lmao (shave is not where I'd want it yet in the video, I get a cleaner shave with more passes(

Fur for Tenno (next fullsuit project) has also come in!

Not 100% there yet regarding my health but going to the workshop for a bit today to do some cleanup/resetting and maybe if I can manage it stuff Lukey's dtd. Tomorrow afternoon I have an appointment I need to attend. Work may still be a bit slower than usual but I'm doing my best. Planning on working to finish Lukey's bodysuit next to wrap up the commission.

Today, exactly 5 years ago, I came up with a name and made my first account for Critter Workshop on social media. It all started small, just making some kigus for myself and some friends, some tails and some bandanas. Then at the end of 2019, I lost my job at the time and covid came around the corner pretty quickly in 2020. With not much to do during lockdowns, I decided to go and try out my long time dream which was make my own fursuit. That first suit was Jax and now belongs to a lovely person in the UK who takes him on lots of adventures. From then on, I was hooked on sewing and I made a few suits for myself and friends. Now I have a big workshop which I am able to work from to do my crafting and sewing, I never imagined it'd all grow this big. My life has changed so much in the past 5 years, I'm thankful for being able to do this fulltime and I want to thank everyone who has supported me and has been there for me all these years. It means the world to me! Here's onto 5 more years! ~ Sambers
