45 year old multiparous woman presents with h/o heavy menstrual bleeding & severe dysmenorrhea for 4 years. On exam, the uterus is uniformly enlarged to 14 weeks size, is tender, B/L adnexa free. USG shows presence of myometrial cysts. What is the next step in management ?

17 year old primigravida presents at 30 weeks of gestation with painful uterine contractions. She is getting regular contractions every 3 min. Pelvic exam shows that the cervix is 2cm dilated, 50% effaced, membranes are intact. Maternal vitals are stable. USG shows a healthy fetus in cephalic presentation with placenta in the upper segment. What should be done next ?

19 year old primigravida, 12 weeks POG, c/o excessive nausea & vomiting & irregular vaginal bleeding for past 1 week. UPT positive at home. PR 100/min & BP is 110/70 mm Hg, cardioresp exam is normal & no c/o breathlessness or tremors. P/A exam - uterus enlarged to 20 weeks size, fetal parts not palpable, FHS not heard. P/S exam - os closed, no active bleeding. What is the most likely diagnosis ?
