CryptoPunks Trading Volume Soars 25% Overnight Data from popular DApp resource DappRadar reveals that the interest in the CryptoPunks NFT collection is soaring over the past couple of days. The total trading volume for the collection soared by about 25% over the past 24 hours, representing a solid $1.7 million of NFTs traded. This culminated in a total of 10 trades. Even though the number might not sound significant, it’s worth noting that the floor price for CryptoPunks at the time of this writing is about 75 ETH. The average price of each trade was about 100 ETH at the time of this writing. The most expensive punk sold over the past 24 hours was worth $340,000 or about 200 ETH. It was punk #8576

Binance Will Support Ethereum Merge, Consider Fork Tokens Binance has said it is "closely monitoring" Ethereum's upcoming "Merge" event and plans to assess potential fork tokens based on the support they receive. Iran makes first import order worth $10 mn using cryptocurrency Iran has registered its first official order for importing $10 million worth of goods in cryptocurrency this week, the semi-official Tasnim agency reported on Tuesday quoting an official from the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade. "This week, the first official import order registration worth 10 million dollars was successfully completed using cryptocurrency. By the end of September, the use of cryptocurrencies and smart contracts will be widely used in foreign trade with target countries," Alireza Peymanpak said.

Meta is expanding NFT support on Instagram to 100 countries Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced that the company is beginning its international expansion of NFT support on Instagram. The expansion follows the social network’s initial NFT test launch in May. Cross-chain messaging protocol Nomad is being actively hacked and at least $45 million has been stolen, The Defiant reported Monday night, sighting several Twitter posts.
