One of the use cases is to be able to stake it for xVSO, a mechanism that grants access to the Ecosystem Rewards Vault. The concept is that the longer you stake your $VSO, the more eligible you will be to regular ongoing rewards. The ecosystem rewards vault will democratize earnings from financial product sales through Verso. Another use-case would be to stake a significant amount of VSO tokens in order to become a compliance validator.
