I came to the graves - أتيت القبور | Arabic lycris and English translation

{Not a leaf doth fall but with His knowledge}

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐬, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝. The test is not for Allāh to know, He already knows. It’s for you to know yourself. 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐟 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭. So either, you will be a witness for or against yourself.

Al-Khalīl ibn Aḥmad (رحمه الله):
Whoever carries tales to you will carry tales about you, and whoever informs you about someone else’s affairs will inform others about your affairs.
[Shu‘ab al-Īmān: 11195]

You will stop backbiting, gossiping, and speaking against people’s honor when you truly realize that no prayer, no fasting, and no charity will save you from the sin of a person you have backbitten, and that your good deeds on the Day of Judgement will be given to them. So reflect, and take this matter seriously. From the ways of rectifying this sin, Mujāhid raḥimahullāh said,
The kaffārah for eating your brother’s flesh is to praise him in the gathering you backbit him in and to make du‘ā for him, asking Allah to grant him goodness.
And increase in supplications: O Allāh, place my record in ‘Illiyyīn, protect my tongue from harming the people, and forgive me until the Day of Judgement.

Have you ever reflected on this? Allāh did not guide the son of Nuh عليه السلام. He did not guide the wife of Lut عليه السلام. He did not guide the father of Ibrahim عليه السلام. He did not guide the beloved uncle of our Prophet ﷺ. Yet Allāh guided us. We never lived beside a Prophet. We never witnessed miracles with our own eyes. Still, our hearts were chosen to believe. Guidance is not something we earned. It is something we were gifted. Let us introspect! Allāh did not owe us guidance. He gifted it. May we never take it for granted.

No amount of politicly driven war hides this ugly fact of the Rafidhi state of Iran. Unless your loyalty and disloyalty is not based on Usool (fundamentals) The Prophet ﷺ said:
Allāh has cursed the one who insults my Companions.

lbn al Jawzi رحمه الله said,
Women are the trusts of honorable men. None but an honorable man will honor them, and none but a dishonorable man will humiliate them.

Sadness, grief, pain, suffering, calamities, and trials are expiations for sins. Nothing afflicts a servant, not even a thorn prick, without it being an expiation for their sins. If someone complains of a toothache or insomnia at night, these too are means of expiating sins. If something afflicts you : do not say, 'If only I had done this or that.' ‎Instead say; ‎قدر الله وما شاء فعل ‎ 'This is the decree of Allāh, and what He wills will happen.'

Prophet ﷺ said:
No believer turns his face to Allāh and ask him for something except that He gives it to him, either by giving it to him sooner in this world or storing it up for him in the next world.

O Allāh, grant victory to Islam and the Muslims.
O Allāh, grant honor and strength to Islam and the Muslims.
O Allāh, grant honor to Islam and the Muslims, humiliate shirk and the polytheists, destroy the enemies of the religion, and protect the domain and strength of Islam, O Lord of all the worlds.
O Allāh, grant victory to Your religion, Your Book, the Sunnah of Your Prophet, and Your servants who worship You alone.
O Allāh, free our captives and the captives of the Muslims, and return them to their families safe and sound.

‎Shaykh Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahhab رحمه الله said:
If Islam returns to be something strange just as it began as mentioned in the Hadith, then how ignorant is he who uses the majority of the people as proof.
‎[Ad-Durar As-Sanniyyah 1/41]

“We Need Unity” People keep repeating the phrase “we need unity,” especially in times of crisis. It sounds good, and resonates emotionally. But the question that rarely gets asked is the most important one. Unite upon what exactly? In Islam, unity was never defined as a temporary political alignment or an emotional response to oppression. The Qur’an repeatedly ties unity to something far more concrete. It ties it to the truth that Allāh سبحانه وتعالى revealed, to tawheed, and to adherence to the guidance brought by the messenger of Allāh صلى الله عليه وسلم. Real unity in Islam was always “aqeedah” first. Salaf did not unite merely because they shared suffering or common enemies. They united because they shared the same foundation of belief. Their understanding of tawheed was the same. Their source of authority was the same. Their criterion for truth and falsehood was the same. Today the word “unity” is used in a very different way. It becomes a slogan meant to erase theological differences for the sake of political solidarity. But Islam does not ask us to dissolve the boundaries of creed in order to feel united. I can care about the oppressed, make du‘ā for them, and speak against ظلم, but pretending that major differences in tawheed and aqeedah don’t exist just so everyone can stand under one emotional banner isn’t really unity. If the foundations of belief differ, if the understanding of tawheed differs, if the principles of aqeedah differ, then claiming complete unity becomes a vague emotional statement rather than a meaningful Islamic concept. Islamic unity was never built on shared anger, shared politics, or shared grief. It was built on shared truth. So when we speak about unity, the conversation must begin where Islam itself began. With tawheed. With the Sunnah. With the truth that Allāh سبحانه وتعالى revealed. Real unity has conditions. And those conditions are haqq, not emotions.

Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawzi (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
If raising voices over the voice of the Prophet ﷺ is from the destroyers of deeds, what then do you think about raising opinions and ideologies above his ﷺ sunnah.

Sheikh ibn Uthaymeen رحمه الله said,
Your statement So-and-So was killed and died a martyr, is a testimony that you will be questioned about on the Day of Judgment. It will be said to you, ‘Do you have knowledge that he died a martyr?’
[Al Manahi al Lafdhiyyah Pg. 153]

Imām Mālik رحمه الله said:
Allah will take revenge on the oppressor with an oppressor, and then He will take revenge on both of them.

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Avoid the seven great destructive sins." The people enquire, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! What are they? "He said, "To join others in worship along with Allah, to practice sorcery, to kill the life which Allah has forbidden except for a just cause, (according to Islamic law), to eat up Riba (usury), to eat up an orphan's wealth, to give back to the enemy and fleeing from the battlefield at the time of fighting, and to accuse, chaste women, who never even think of anything touching chastity and are good believers. Sahih al-Bukhari 2766
