•• In Islam, it is imperative for a Muslim woman to completely conceal her adornments and beauty when going outside or in the presence of non-mahram (unrelated) men. Imam #Shaykh_Abdulaziz_Ibn_Baz رحمه الله emphasized that displaying makeup, flashy clothes, or visible jewelry (like bracelets and rings) to non-mahrams is strictly forbidden. A woman is allowed to adorn herself only for her husband, among other women, or in the presence of her mahrams Key Rulings for Women Outside the Home: The Hijab (Covering): A woman must cover her entire body and face in front of unrelated men to protect her modesty. Makeup & Perfume: It is strictly prohibited to wear makeup (cosmetics) or perfume outside the house, as this attracts attention and defeats the purpose of modesty. Adornments (Jewelry & Clothes): Visible jewelry, such as bracelets, rings, and earrings, must be hidden from non-mahram men. Modest, non-flashy outerwear (like a proper Abaya) is required.

•• عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏إن أبر البر أن يصل الرجل ود أبيه‏"‌‏.‏ The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The finest act of goodness is that a person should treat kindly the loved ones of his father".

•• «فإن العبد الصادق لا يرى نفسه إلا مقصراً والموجب له لهذه الرؤية استعظام مطلوبه واستصغار نفسه ومعرفته بعيوبها، وقلة زاده في عينه، فمن عرف الله وعرف نفسه، لم يرَ نفسه إلا بعين النقصان». [ مدارج السالكين (293/2) ]

"Indeed, the sincere servant only sees himself as deficient. The reason for this view is his great respect for what he seeks, his humility towards himself, his awareness of his own shortcomings, and his low self-esteem. Thus, whoever knows Allah and himself will only see himself through the lens of deficiency." [ Madaraj al-Salikin (293/2) ]

قال ابن القيم – رحمه الله -: "جمع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بين تقوى الله وحسن الخلق؛ لأن تقوى الله يصلح ما بين العبد وبين ربه وحسن الخلق يصلح ما بينه وبين خلقه فتقوى الله توجب له محبة الله وحسن الخلق يدعو الناس إلى محبته ". الفوائد (ص54)

Ibn al-Qayyim - may Allah have mercy on him - said: "The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, combined the fear of Allah and good manners; because the fear of Allah rectifies the relationship between the servant and his Lord, and good manners rectify the relationship between him and his fellow human beings. Thus, the fear of Allah necessitates the love of Allah, and good manners invite people to love him." Benefits (page 54)

🔹Anas bin Malik said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever sends salah upon me once, Allah will send salah upon him tenfold, and will erase ten sins from him, and will raise him ten degrees in status مَنْ صَلَّى عَلَىَّ صَلاَةً وَاحِدَةً صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ عَشْرَ صَلَوَاتٍ وَحُطَّتْ عَنْهُ عَشْرُ خَطِيئَاتٍ وَرُفِعَتْ لَهُ عَشْرُ دَرَجَاتٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ Grade:  Sahih (Darussalam)  Reference  : Sunan an-Nasa'i 1297

•• قال ابن مسعود -رضي الله عنه-: ‏الذكر ينبت الإيمان في القلب ، كما ينبت الزرع . ‏ ‏• فتح الباري (١٣/١).••

Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Remembrance of Allah (dhikr) causes faith to grow in the heart, just as water causes plants to grow. • Fath al-Bari (13/1).

°° قال ابن القيم رحمه الله : ‏أعظمُ النِّعمِ الإقبالُ على اللهِ. بدائع ‌الفوائد (٣ /٥٢٠)

Ibn al-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "The greatest blessing is turning to Allah ." Badai' al-Fawa'id (3/520)

"The Qur'an... transports you from dispersion to safety. It erases the worries of yesterday. It nourishes your soul and heart with faith and steadfastness."

Abu Dawud رحمه الله stated: • ‏قال أبو داود رحِمه الله: ڪانَت مجالِسُ أحمدَ - يعني: ابن حنبل-مجالس الآخرة، لا يُذڪرُ فيها شيءٌ مِّن أمرِ الدُّنيا، ما رأيته ذڪرَ الدُّنيا قطّ. «سِيــــرْ أعــلام النُبـــَلاَء (١٩٩/١١)»

The gatherings of Ahmad (Ibn Hanbal), were gatherings of the Hereafter. Nothing of the affairs of this world would be mentioned, and I never saw him mention this world. Siyar A'lam al-Nubala 11/199

°° اللهُمّ حَبّب إلينا الإيمان والطّاعات والعِبادات وزَيّنهم فِي قُلوبنا، وكَرّه إلَينا الكُفر والفُسوق والعِصيان. اللهُم كَرّه إلينا واجنبنا الملهيّات والمُشتتات ومواقِع التّواصل والإدمان على الهواتف وكُل ما يُضيّع الأوقات في غَير نَفعٍ ومِن كُلّ تَعلّقٍ لم يكُن بِك، من غَير فِتنةٍ ولا مَضَرّة.

O'Allah, make us love faith, obedience, and worship, and beautify them in our hearts. And make us dislike disbelief, sin, and rebellion. O'Allah, make us dislike and keep us away from distractions, social media, phone addiction, and everything that wastes time without any benefit, and from any attachment that is not to You, without causing temptation or harm.

°° عن ابن القيم قَالَ وَقَالَ لِي شَيْخَ الْإِسْلَامِ ابْنَ تَيْمِيَّةَ رحمه الله مَرَّةً مَا يَصْنَعُ أَعْدَائِي بِي أَنَا جَنَّتِي وَبُسْتَانِي فِي صَدْرِي أَيْنَ رُحْت فَهِيَ مَعِي لَا تُفَارِقُنِي أَنَا حَبْسِي خَلْوَةٌ وَقَتْلِي شَهَادَةٌ وَإِخْرَاجِي مِنْ بَلَدِي سِيَاحَةٌ 1/48 الوابل الصيب من الكلم الطيب.

Ibn al-Qayyim reported: Shaykh Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy on him, said to me once, “What can my enemies do to me? My paradise and my garden are in my heart wherever I go and they are never separated from me. If I am imprisoned, then it is seclusion for worship. If I am killed, then it is martyrdom. If they expel me from my land, then it is tourism.” al-Wa‌bil al-S‌ayyib 1/48

A poet said: If you straighten the branches they will straighten up, but wood does not soften if you amend it. Discipline benefits children gradually, but it will not benefit those wo have aged. Do not neglect disciplining a child, even if he complains of the pain of exhaustion.
