"The more you overcome yourself in private, the more you will shine in public.
You seek the countenance of Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) and draw closer to Him, not wanting people to look at your radiance. But this is the natural outcome. As the poet says:
'Should I spend the dark night awake while you sleep, and yet you expect to reach my level afterward?'
Is a person who works on themselves and strives against their desires equal to a person whose affair has gone beyond all bounds?
As Allah (Glory be to Him) says: «And do not obey one whose heart We have made heedless of Our remembrance and who follows his desire and whose affair is in desolation.» [Quran 18:28]
And you are commanded to strive against your inner self.
Allah (Glory be to Him) says: «And those who strive for Us – We will surely guide them to Our ways.» [Quran 29:69]
Allah also says: «To whoever among you wants to proceed or lag behind.» [Quran 74:37]
#Imām_Ibn_Al_Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: 'Man in this life is continuously moving, never standing still; either moving forward or moving backward.'"

"Choose companions in whose presence you feel ashamed to commit a sin,
and beware of companions in whose presence you feel ashamed to perform an act of worship."

عندما تتنازل عن أصول دينك سترى المتمسك بها متشدد !
Ahmad bin Abdulaziz Al-Nufais:
"When you compromise the fundamentals of your religion,
you will view the one holding onto them as an extremist!"

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " يَقُولُ اللَّهُ إِذَا أَرَادَ عَبْدِي أَنْ يَعْمَلَ سَيِّئَةً فَلاَ تَكْتُبُوهَا عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى يَعْمَلَهَا، فَإِنْ عَمِلَهَا فَاكْتُبُوهَا بِمِثْلِهَا وَإِنْ تَرَكَهَا مِنْ أَجْلِي فَاكْتُبُوهَا لَهُ حَسَنَةً وَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَعْمَلَ حَسَنَةً فَلَمْ يَعْمَلْهَا فَاكْتُبُوهَا لَهُ حَسَنَةً، فَإِنْ عَمِلَهَا فَاكْتُبُوهَا لَهُ بِعَشْرِ أَمْثَالِهَا إِلَى سَبْعِمِائَةٍ ".
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Allah says, 'If My slave intends to do a bad deed then (O Angels) do not write it unless he does it; if he does it, then write it as it is, but if he refrains from doing it for My Sake, then write it as a good deed (in his account). (On the other hand) if he intends to do a good deed, but does not do it, then write a good deed (in his account), and if he does it, then write it for him (in his account) as ten good deeds up to seven-hundred times.' "

إِنَّ هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ يَهْدِي لِلَّتِي هِيَ أَقْوَمُ وَيُبَشِّرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ الَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ الصَّالِحَاتِ أَنَّ لَهُمْ أَجْرًا كَبِيرًاVerily, this Quran guides to that which is most just and right and gives glad tidings to • the believers who •• work deeds of righteousness; that they shall have a great reward (Paradise). [Surah al-Israa (The Night Journey, Bani Israa’il), 17:9]

{وَلَا يَحْزُنكَ قَوْلُهُمْ إِنَّ الْعِزَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعًا هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ}
And let not their speech grieve you,
for all power and honour belong to Allah. He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.
[Surah Yunus, 10:65]

Az-Zumar 39:22
أَفَمَن شَرَحَ ٱللَّهُ صَدۡرَهُۥ لِلۡإِسۡلَٰمِ فَهُوَ عَلَىٰ نُورٖ مِّن رَّبِّهِۦۚ فَوَيۡلٞ لِّلۡقَٰسِيَةِ قُلُوبُهُم مِّن ذِكۡرِ ٱللَّهِۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ فِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٍ
Is he whose breast Allah has opened to Islam, so that he is in light from His Lord (as he who is non-Muslim)? So, woe to those whose hearts are hardened against remembrance of Allah! They are in plain error!

{الر كِتَابٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ لِتُخْرِجَ النَّاسَ}.
- باسل -رحِمهُ الله-.Ask Allah to make you fall deeply in love with the Qur’an. 🤍 A love so strong that you long for its verses, seek it in your loneliness, return to it in your weakness, and cannot bear to let your heart drift away from it. May Allah make the Qur’an the love that never leaves our hearts.

لا تنام إلا و أنت تائبًا إلى الله.
do not sleep unless you have repented to your Lord.
لا تنام إلا و أنت قد رضيت الله.
do not sleep unless you have pleased your Lord.
فربما قد لا تستيقظ غدًا فلذلك أحسن خاتمك.
perhaps you will not wake up tomorrow; so therefore, perfect your ending.

فَنَادَىٰ فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ أَنْ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ But then He cried out in the darkness: “There is no god but You! Glory be to You! I was of the wrongdoers!”I really believe that Allah ta’ala covering our sins is one of His greatest mercies upon us. It makes you feel so ashamed when others praise you based of what you show but only you know your sins that Allah has hidden from the eyes of the people. May Allah forgive us .

لن تنتكس فجأة..
ستشاهد مقطعاً يحتوي على موسيقى قائلاً: "أريد الاستماع إلى المقطع لا إلى الموسيقى".
ثم تشاهد مسلسلاً فيه نساء قائلاً: "لا يظهرن إلا قليلا وسأغض بصري" .
ثم تخرج مع أصدقاء السوء قائلاً : هي مجرد ساعات لن أتأثر بهم ولن أقلدهم!
يقول الله تعالى: " يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُواتِ الشَّيْطَانِ"
"You will not relapse suddenly..."
"First, you watch a video containing music, saying: 'I want to listen to the video, not the music.'"
"Then, you watch a series featuring women, saying: 'They rarely appear, and I will lower my gaze.'"
"Then, you go out with bad companions, saying: 'It's just a few hours; I won't be influenced by them or copy them!'"
"Allah Almighty says: 'O you who have believed, do not follow the footsteps of Satan.'"

"Among the most despicable acts is taking advantage of a person's good nature and morals.
When someone is generous, people drain them.
When someone is forgiving, people treat them wrong.
When someone trusts, people take advantage of them.
When someone takes responsibility, people overburden them.
When someone is gentle and kind, people belittle them.
And then, when that person finally explodes because they can no longer take it, people say: 'Ah, their true colors are showing.'
No, those aren't their true colors—this is what you deserve.
Allah Almighty says in the Quran:
"Allah does not like the public mention of evil except by one who has been wronged."If you wrong someone, endure their reaction. Endure the consequences of your actions against them. Allah Almighty says:
"…and those who suppress anger..."Yet, He also says in another place:
"...an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, and for wounds is legal retribution."والله المستعان And Allah is the One whose help is sought.
